It's Because Of Celebi! (SHADOW ONLY)

Juan and his team are way too strong for these places so the decide to take some challenge... well, they hope so. They were actually supposed to just pass through Ilex Forest but he thought maybe he'll be lucky to see just a glimpse of Celebi or maybe capture it if he's luckier. The odds are against him since he hasn't even proven anything that much yet. "Where oh where is pretty little Celebi. Oh where oh where is pretty little Celebi.~" Juan sang in a tune of a kindergarten song. As he walk around, something usual will happen. It's either another wild Pokemon for them to beat, maybe a wild Pokemon who will finally be a threat to them or maybe a Trainer.

((Since I'm going to pick up modding this thread, can you do me a favor and not say that a wild Pokemon or Trainer appeared? It's just my preference that the mod introduces when something happens, but I'm not telling, I'm asking if that's alright.))

Nearby, a strange sound could be heard. It wasn't the cry of a Pokemon, and it didn't sound like something was moving nearby. SLURP! It was the sound of a Pokemon eating! Above Juan on a tree, a Heracross was snacking on some tree sap. The Heracross hadn't noticed Juan yet, so if Juan chose so, he could land a surprise attack.

A Wild Heracross (Male, Level 14) has appeared!

Juan smiled following the sound with his head. He saw the Heracross and made a bigger smile. "According to the books I've read before and from the most famous Bug catchers, Heracrosses are in their recommendation list." thought Juan. "Bagon's 14, Furret's 15, and Hoothoot's 12. Plus he is a Flying Type and then..." thought Juan as he made plans. Making plan for such an easy target? Maybe he's getting tired or just too excited. "Awh crap. What am I thinking?" thought Juan releasing Hoothoot out. "Let's see... Hypnosis." said Juan, Hoothoot unleashed psychic waves that are to try to knock Heracross into a sleep!

The first sentence there still doesn't make sense to me grammatically, but it still sounds like you made something appear, and that is what I'm talking about. Did that make a little more sense?))



Heracross had been enjoying his mid day snack alone for a good while. The other Heracross had already left, but he had missed his meal earlier, so he was trying to make up for it. Heracross was about to finish when he heard what sounded like a human say "Hypnosis." As he looked up to see what it was he had heard, he met eyes with a Hoothoot. As their eyes met, Heracross felt the erg to close his eyes and go to sleep. The next thing Heracross knew, his field of vision went dark. He was fast asleep! Heracross collapsed and fell off of the tree. He managed to hit two limbs on his way down, which slowed his fall, but still caused some damage. He then landed on the ground, back first. Despite all of the pain that he had experienced, Heracross was still fast asleep. If Juan wanted to, now would be a good time to capture himself a Heracross.

Juan takes a Pokeball out and throws it towards the asleep Heracross, Hoothoot flying back to Juan. "Please get captured." said Juan.

There was nothing for the Heracross to do. He was enveloped into the Pokeball. The ball shook once, twice, and finally a third time before clicking.

Congratulations! Heracross (Male, Level 14) has joined your team! Would you like to nickname him?

Juan could continue on his way as long as he realized he needed to wake up Heracross before using him in battle.

"Gimme a Hell yeah. No name." he said picking up the Pokeball and putting it back to its slot. "Thanks, Hoot." he said returning Hoothoot. What else can he do? He kept walking towards the exit wondering what's gonna happen next. The world is full of suspense.
