The journey goes on with fun times ahead

Phione swam quickly down to the sea floor. It led Leo to a huge rocky area covered in coral. There was only one colossal rock, and it was very low down to the bottom of the sea, but there was a deep trench under one edge of it, wider in some parts than others, some parts large enough to fit a boat under. Phione slowed down as it neared the trench, glancing nervously back at Leo more and more often. When it reached the edge of the trench it steeled itself and swam through it, under the edge of the rock. When it emerged on the other side, it turned out that there was a large cavern underneath, with all sorts of Pokemon in it. There were Cloyster, Clamperl, Krabby, Kingler, Corsola, Cradily, Corphish, and Crawdaunt on the bottom. Swimming around were Carvanha, Qwilfish, Carracosta, Kingdra, and Croconaw. Kabuto and Kabutops clung to the top of the cavern. And it would have been impossible to see without the flashing lights from all the Chinchou. The lights which were constantly flickering on and off made eerie patterns in the water, somehow giving the place an ancient feel.
Phione continued on through the water, not pausing to look at anything, and eventually the Pokemon began growing more scarce. As Phione led Leo on through the less populated part of the cavern and they left behind the light from the Chinchou, the water began to feel colder. Finally, Phione came to a stop beside a giant hole in the bottom of the ocean. It was a gigantic cave that could hold three large boats. At first it went straight down, then it curved away and out of sight. There had been no Pokemon for a long time now, so it was hard to see anything, but Phione indicated that whatever was causing it so much grief was in the dark hole in the far corner of the invisible cavern at the bottom of the sea.
And then they heard a long, low rumble coming from the hole.

Leo looked into the hole and thought before taking a torch from his belt and turning it on he shone said torch into the hole and looked down for the source in which the sound was coming from. Leo had been amazed by all the other pokemon in the large and ancient cave but now they were just a fond memory now which was near to being erased from his mind as he continued his fixated stare into the large hole.

The cave didn't appear to hold anything special. All that was visible in the light was the blue floor of the cave where it turned from going straight down to straight back. Also visible was some sort of strange white, oval-shaped rock with a similar smaller one next to it.

Leo looked to the oval shaped rock confused before deciding it was something important went to the edge and leaned out just far enough to grab them both before backing away from the edge and sitting down and examining them closely in the hopes he could figure out where they actually fit in with what's supposedly going on.

Unfortunately for Leo, even though he tried to grab the rocks, they didn't budge. They were attached to the bottom of the cave. That would have been strange enough, but then another growl sounded. It reverberated up from the hole, shaking the entire area like an earthquake. And then the rocks began to move. They floated up, up, along with the entire floor of the cave. It was a very strange sight... Strange, that is, until it became obvious that the floor of the cave was actually a Kyogre. The "rocks" were spots on its head.
The Kyogre floated up out of the cave on the seafloor, its gargantuan fins twisting and swishing, propelling it upwards. It was above Leo when it turned its head and peered down at him.
It opened its mouth, revealing rows of huge triangular teeth, and screamed down at Leo. The sound waves shook the water all around him, the vibrations unbelievably massive.

Leo didn't budge watching Kyogre and knowing he wouldn't fight back cause if he did then he would be noticed as a threat instead standing there to try and show he was actually quite friendly and there was no reason for them to get into a fight knowing his baby pokemon wouldn't stand a chance against the legendary sea pokemon.

Kyogre stared down at Leo for a long time, regarding him with the big yellow eye that seemed lazy at a glance, but upon closer inspection began to reveal hints about a long, tiring life. The eye was full of age and wisdom and an unmistakable, enormous power. But after a long time, the anger or menace that had seemed to be in it before died out as the Sea Basin Pokemon slowly lost interest in Leo. The monster turned and swam toward the mouth of the cave, back toward the light of both the Pokemon and of the outside world.
Phione was shaking terribly as it came out from where it had been hiding behind Leo. It swam in front of him to catch his attention, then indicated the cave again. It wanted him to shine the flashlight inside.

Leo smiled as Kyogre moved off looking to Phione and seeing what it meant he removed his Torch from his belt shining it into the cave hoping to see what it was he was looking for. Leo could see something but didn't know what it was looking to Phione for a possible answer.

Phione soared down into the water and met with the Manaphy trapped under a rock. The two shared a short moment, then Phione motioned for Leo to follow it and help.

Leo smiled immediately following Phione down to where Manaphy was trapped before attempting to help remove the rock from on top of Manaphy pushing it with all of his strength.

The rock budged a bit, then rolled off of the Manaphy's body. It looked like it was in pain, but it gritted its teeth and bore the pain. Once out, it swam upwards and did a few practice loops; everything seemed to be working in its body. The happiness it showed was short-lived, as it urgently swam back to Leo and Phione. Even though the Kyogre didn't seem interested in harming them, Manaphy and Phione were still terrified of it. Manaphy wanted out before Kyogre came back.

(I know this trainer is retired but I trade him in for Miles, then back out for Miles. Only because of Quib not being able to get on much.)

Leo looked to Kyogre and then to Manaphy with that he swam to the shore sitting on the edge and removing his aqua-breather saying "Hey, it's ok Manaphy, Kyogre doesn't want to hurt you" smiling at Manaphy reassuringly.
