Cynder's beginning (open)

Cynder brushed her dark purple hair away from her red eyes, her Shinx stalking along beside her. With her bag slung over one shoulder, she made her way to the edge of Twinleaf town. A smirk crossed her face. "Finally."

In the distance, an odd looking creature that resembled a capybara or large misformed squirrel sat looking doofy as it glanced around. it scratched at the ground, picking up a berry and munching on it a bit. The species was known as Bidoof.

Cynder made a disgusted sound. "Shinx?" She said, as he leapt in front of her, growling.

Bidoof looked up to Cynder, indifferent eyes that seemed void of any real thought. It stood up walking over to shinx, rubbing its cheek lovingly against it, not even reacting to the growling. Quite an oblivious Pokemon.

Shinx was beside himself, and Cynder was staring wide-eyed. She blinked and shook her head, and called out "Use Tackle!". Shinx growled again and used Tackle..

Bidoof took the hit, tumbling backward to the ground. It got back up, rather dirty and looked up at Cynder. It walked over to Shinx and used a less-than-enthusiastic headbutt-like tackle.

Shinx was pushed back. He growled and used Tackle again. Cynder scowled. "This is a waste of time."
