Riard - The Man-Made Pokémon
Riard are never found in the wild, since without trainer care they are unable to tend to themselves, even so, they still reproduce. The horn on it's head is made of pure metal, and is incredibly hard to break, but when broke it can easily grow back harder and sharper.

Lubade can produce many things from his hands, including Aura spheres, Flamethrowers and Ice beams, thanks to the scientists who made it, but they will not reveal the secret of how it is done. It will protect its trainer to the end.

A few things: Were using gen V TMs and yoy should probably discribe it as a mutated lab experiment or something because it doesnt make since how its a mixture of three real Pokemon.

The sprites are good except for me thwy use a bit much Ralts and Gallade. Im cool with you using the CTMs but Ill just PM luna and Riley and check. Also my mod statu is dubious so i dont wanna actually approv anything.
