My Suggestions

I would like to suggest having a weather stuff here and Pokemon most likely appear when such:

Sunny, fire and ground type.
Cold, ice and ghost type.
Cloudy, flying type.
Rainy, water and psychic type.
Stormy, electric type, ghost type and psychic.

And also Pokemon swerm like:

Swarm of Phanpies on Route 005

Oh and random news that you can think of for just humor like a guy is stopped wearing swimming trunks while jogging around Safari Forest. Random news for humor only.

I think it will be good to have such. What do you think?

Hmm thats good thinking, and also we should have seasons, but weather will affect each area. Swarms should last for a week, random news whenever the updater can be bothered.

Seasons... I think it will be hard to manage but weather is fine. Oh and legendaries also like when its hot, people has an increased chance in encountering fire type and ground type legendaries chosen at random.

Seasons just go on the Black and White seasons scheme. Wheather should be decided by the mod.

Well then I will be waiting.

We already have the B/W seasons implemented, it was in announcements a while back.

Oh, I guess I have to check everything first.
