Money and items

Okay, our current money/item system doesn't work. I mean, one character can gain a bunch of money, the user can spend it on a Poke Ball, and then another one of the member's characters can use that Poke Ball. So I suggest that we remove money, items, and all that stuff from User Sheets and add it instead to Character Sheets. Also we will have to edit the character application template to include fields for money and items, but tell users to leave them blank when creating their character. This just makes so much more sense. If the votes show that we should do this, I will personally do all the work required to get it up and running.
