Appearance:
An average height of 4'5 for her age and still growing, Rosie is petite but incredibly fit, with a little bit of tone to her pale complexion. Any acne she gets is usually covered up by make-up, which she lightly wears for when in front of cameras or audiences, which is often. Her nails are usually kept long, even if not always decorated, and her big eyes are usually exaggerated by circle lenses. Rosie has heterochromia, and so while they are mostly brown, flecks of other colours are also visible and sometimes the colour seems to change due to lighting. Her teeth aren't straight, and her hair is waist length, a natural charcoal black. Outside of handshake events and free time, Rosie's outfits are normally chosen for her, and frequently include school uniforms and puffy dresses or a simple combination of shorts and a brand t-shirt/denim skirt among other things.
Personality:
In the limelight for as long as she can remember, Rosie is a spoiled girl whose dreams and wants know no bounds. As a child idol, she is encouraged to run mayhem and spoiled with opportunities and expenses for clothes and snacks, and also with love from fans-- whether her own age, or wota fifty years older. Despite this, Rosie is generally well-mannered unless she is purposely bantering, as it's important to maintain a good work ethic and image as well as her projection of purity and innocence. She is hardworking, and while in some ways her intelligence might lack in comparison to those who went to a proper trainer's school, Rosie is wise in different ways and has talents that most at her age do not. As it is, Rosie is growing up in an almost financially irresponsible direction, with no clue or interest in love (due to the idol 'renai kinshi jourei/rules about love'). She knows how to play up and manipulate others to her own end, and does it to the point that Rosie's barely even aware of it anymore. When in an argument, she can be ruthless, particularly if her illness kicks in and she's not really thinking. Deep down, however, she is very burdened and conscious for a ten year old-- aware of her body image, for example, or having to keep up a near-perfect display at all times. She's not used to being around other children, but instead adults, and this can sometimes show in lost social cues or a surprising amount of shyness.
Battle Style:
Having had the luxury of meeting all sorts of people-- including prominent trainers like gym leaders or veterans, Rosie doesn't really have a set style but tries to keep tricks and methods she's been taught in mind for different situations. Her inexperience can sometimes lead to reckless actions and rookie mistakes, but given that Snubbull enjoys a good brawl, Rosie likes going all-out with her.
Past Experience / History:
Rosie has grown up in the limelight for as long as she can remember. Her parents, Cerise and Thulian Baker, owned a large villa on the outskirts of Slateport City. Her mother worked in finance before becoming a full-time mother and her father in aviation, but whenever her mother had time, she was always putting Rosie forward into beauty pageants and taking her to auditions for adverts and all sorts. The success they had was great, and eventually it turned into a full-time affair, with Rosie seamlessly becoming a junior idol by the age of six years old.
When Rosie wasn't in school, she was usually surrounded by all sorts of staff such as vocal and dance teachers or her management, taking part in various activities until 9pm in the evening as it was against the law for her to work past that time as a child. Unfortunately, nothing is as perfect as it sounds. Rosie was becoming exhausted from overwork, and also from a chronic illness that she was diagnosed with down the line. Rosie now had to take injected medication a minimum of twice a day to live. Like any young child, it didn't stop her from carrying on as she wanted even with the adults around her watching like hunting Pidgeot. However, on her worst days, she could be fatigued and ill-tempered, or just unable to think straight. Her agency eventually managed as she and the family learned the ropes, and Rosie's parents invested in private tutors to help her grades come back to average without having to worry about school pressures and commutes.
One thing that came up often, however, was that Rosie was increasingly lonely. She had few friends her own age, and the ones from the entertainment industry were as busy as she was. Aged eight and a half, she was given a Pokemon egg to take care of in an incubator as a surprise for one of her show filmings. It was a deep baby blue with flecks of dark fuschia and mauve. Rosie took it almost everywhere with her, and eventually, it hatched into a shiny female Snubbull who she named Samantha. Samantha was as regular a star as she was with time, and beloved to Rosie's fans, fitting her youthful idol and princess-like image perfectly.
When she reached the age of ten, Rosie applied for her trainer's license and was soon approved. It was suggested by her management that she go on a Pokemon journey and have it documented as a series filled with challenges and activities they came up with as well as Rosie's own choices such as gym competitions and contest spectaculars. This meant that the agency could still monopolise on her value without her being lost to the public eye, she could earn extra money and also be taken care of, which was something that her family greatly worried about.

This said, she can be snappy and threatening if she decides that she doesn't like a person, and can be incredibly possessive. Sometimes she finds their work boring and frustrating, and all of her pent up aggression is released once they're on the battlefield or training grounds. Rosie often jokes that she'll just 'marry Samantha' whenever dating is brought up-- and the Snubbull might be fine with that. She has incredibly high standards in everything. Species: Surskit [Shiny] Nickname: Gender: Female Level: 5 Experience: 0 Ability: Swift Swim Personality: This Pokemon is quite intelligent, but not the greatest when it comes to brawn. She is a natural born leader and usually remains level-headed and considerate in her actions. She's also quite social, fun-loving and makes friends easily, getting along with just about anyone. However, sweets are her weakness. She often doesn't think around sweet things like honey when it catches her nose, and getting a taste will be all she can think about! Moves: Bubble
Pokémon: Chansey [Shiny] Nickname: - Gender: Female Level: 12 Moves: Double-Edge, Defense Curl, Pound, Growl, Tail Whip, Refresh, Double Slap Ability: Natural Cure Personality: Very hesitant to battle, she's more of a lover than a fighter. Of course, she's always ready to cheer on and help her more battle-ready allies. She's ready and willing to help any Pokemon in need, no matter if they were once friend or foe. Experience: 0
This pokemon rarely does what its told without giving attitude back. He may use tackle, but expect for it to give you a face before hand. Sometimes even mimicking a Slakoth in its methods of being sassy.
Pokémon: Meditite Gender: Male Level: 23 Experience: 0 Moves: -Bide -Meditate -Confusion -Detect -Hidden Power -Mind Reader -Feint -Ice Punch [EM] Ability: Pure Power - The Pokémon's Attack stat is doubled in battle while having this ability. Personality: However timid he may be, this Pokemon is as much a peace keeper as he is a trouble maker, often bouncing around between two drastically opposite personalities. He may be dignified and calm one moment, but naive and untrustworthy the next. He's quite a handful.
Pokémon: Sableye Gender: Female Level: 12 Experience: 0 Moves: -Mean Look -Zen Headbutt -Leer -Scratch -Foresight -Nightshade -Astonish -Recover [EM] Ability: Keen Eye - Opponent cannot lower this Pokémon’s accuracy. The Pokémon ignores evasion boosts of the opponent. Personality: Intelligent and hungry for knowledge, this Pokémon is a quick learner and a natural strategist. She does well at analyzing opponents and their patterns, but often overlooks the smaller details when she's too quick to make assumptions.

Lookin' good, I really like the idea of her journey being documented, as it seems like something that would appear on TV in the Pokemon world. Admin permission was given for the shiny, so I declare this app approved~!
