Personality:
Melrose is as sweet as honey, and possibly sweeter which makes her almost impossible to swallow. Because of her up bringing she has not experienced hardships nor strife and has been raised to be Loyal, Just, and overall honorable. Because of this she simply cannot understand what it is to suffer and when she sees those who do suffer she cannot help but to want to help them. She is not one to judge others no matter who they may be or what they have done. She truly believes that there is good in everyone and that it just takes work to pull it out.

Melrose is rainbow of emotions and she will let you know how she feels. whether it be angry, happy, sad, or confused her body language speaks volumes and her tone of voice can always give her away. She is a very open book and it's not hard to tell when she is one way or another. Most of the time she is quite cheerful but it doesn't take very much to upset or sadden her. Melrose is a very sensitive person and can be triggered with ease. When praised she becomes ecstatic when scolded or teased she becomes depressed, there is no middle ground when it comes to her.

Melrose is or can be seen as a naive child. Even though she is into her teens she does not understand some rather simple though slightly adult concepts. This puts her at odds when she sees public displays of affection. It often makes her look away simply because she does not know what is going on. Because she is breaking into the hormonal stage this action usually follows deep blushing not of her own accord. Growing up one would think certain things are explained to her but the story of the birds and the bees have not been told and so she still has the mind of a child on that subject altogether. This brings us to how she approaches the opposite gender. As states before Melrose has already reached the age where hormones play a part in her actions towards certain members of the opposite sex. If she happens to find them attractive her only way of letting them know is her body's natural response to things of that nature ( blushing, stuttering, shyness, ect ).

Melrose finds all pokemon very interesting and takes it upon herself to find out about each and everyone. Her fascination with Pokémon has pushed her to become and adventurer and explore the world, slowly becoming interested in it as well. She does not prefer one type over the other and can see the difference from when a pokemon has been abused than when one is battling for the sake of bonding and growing.

To sum up Melrose she is a very sweet and kind young lass with a love for knowledge about the world. She does not hold grudges and can quickly get over things but not before going into she a bout of emotions. She is a humanitarian and does her best to make others happy. Her innocent demeanor shines brightly but as puberty sits in the ways whole new set of emotions that she should understand but does not starts to show. She struggles to understand these emotions and feelings but still manages to live carefree and without much too much worry. Her love of pokemon pushes her to enjoy life and the world around her.

Battle Style:
Melrose tends to lean towards the DOT ( damage over time ) and Status infliction when she is engaging in pokemon battles. Her priority is to see what her opponent's pokemon can do in order to quell her thirst for knowledge on such things, while at the same time pushing the battle in her favor. Basically it allows her more time to observe while still being able to damage her opponent.

Past Experience / History:
Melrose grew up in the lap of luxury with her mother being a scientist and her father being a well known pokemon breeder. Melrose got what she wanted but only if she could prove that she deserved it. Her parents would constantly give their daughter tasks to work her brain because to them a knowledge was far more worthy than money. With this kind of raising Melrose grew to be respectful and her natural curiosity began the base for her thirst of knowledge about the world around her and the pokemon that lived in it.

Upon reaching her pre-teen years Melrose was well liked in her community. She was a social butterfly but not a stuck up idiot nor was she greedy. She always wanted to go out and explore on her own and would frequently find herself wandering farther and farther from her home and community. She had already been outside of the city but that was with her parents and she was always under watch. Each night she would come home later and later, much to the worry of the busy mother and father. They worried about their daughter but knew she would be just like the rest of the kids wanting to be trrainers and such, so they just waited for the day that she would tell them herself.

Fast forward, Melrose on her sixteen birthday did what she longed to do when she was younger. She dropped the question quick and fast, backing it up with supporting reasons and charts and promises of learning. That was their daughter alright and before she could finish the two happy parents agreed to letting their daughter roam free into the world. In this day and age it wasn't impossible for letting the young go out on their own and so they did. Because her father had waited for this day he bred a Slakoth just for the occasion. Melrose was so excited she could barely contain herself and packed her bags long before they could say yes or no.

Since that day Melrose has been out and about in the world exploring and learning about pokemon.....

Mr.Biggs is as most Vigoroth's are, lazy. He does enjoy his trainer and loves that she is patient with him and showers him with love, but he is also jealous because of this. Mr.Biggs honestly does not want any other pokemon to be neat Melrose and he does not want her taking any other pokemon as her own. Because he knows that his ability and overall attitude can be dull and well sucky he is scared that she will leave him. Little does He know she loves him just the way his is.
