Persona: Rising Dusk

Welcome to Ijumimari Town, a relatively normal rural area on the small island of Japan. Life here is normal, with the people living their simple day to day lives, aside from the fact that the local high school is home to a plethora of Juvenile delinquents and kids with psychological issues. Now come closer as I tell you the tale of this town, one in which the issues climb from "Who just got disciplined by the teacher?" to things more along the lines of "Who just massacred an entire classroom?" But careful, these are no ordinary stories, so please beware, as you may be in for a scare.

Personality: Tsukiko is a complete control freak. With her morale's questionable Tsu wont hesitate to do anything possible to make herself more powerful in some way. She considers herself a leader among the common. But as long as her powers are not questioned Tsu can easily pass as a normal girl, even one you might want to hang out with. Aside from her less than sociable side, Tsukiko is a friendly person, she enjoys socializing with friends and making jokes, even at the expense of herself. Being the Leader that she thinks she is, Tsukiko will rarely admit herself as defeated, even going far enough to change her opinion in hypocritical ways.

Personality: He can be a relatively pleasant guy. He tries his best to make everyone around him feel better. He makes them laugh, he makes them smile, he makes people happier if they're having a day. It's all he can do though to avoid drawing attention to himself. He has doubts and fears that he doesn't want other people to know about, so he tries to help them with their problems to cover up his own.

Nickname: Chii, if she ever goes by one.

Age: 15

Gender: Female

Personality: Chitami is a reclusive younger girl who refuses to take part in most social events and generally doesn't enjoy people. Despite this, she is quite bold and will proudly declare the color of her underwear in public without shame if she wanted to. In the school, she falls under the category of mentally ill. She has a tendency to come off as clingy or horribly creepy and doesn't show her emotions very well. For example, her idea of love is to stalk and harass those whom she "cares" about, and to throw herself at them repeatedly. She doesn't have much care for authority and doesn't allow anyone to tell her what to do. Uuuunless you manage to harm her or you ruthlessly scold her, in which case she'd most likely fear you highly. She has....some level of sweetness to herself, but that's only if you can deal with the layer of insanity and weird sprinkled over it. Chi can almost always be found eating some kind of candy, whether it be lollipops or chocolate bars.

Personality: He is quiet, noble, loyal, caring and humble and usually acts  level headed. He is a very good artist when it comes to drawing. He is quite skilled at cooking. He is usually a very easy going person and quite friendly and will never give up unless he has to because he is very over protective of his friends and those he considers close to him or in his mind a good person (if they are threatened he most likely acts rashly and become hot headed). He is socially awkward (at the moment due to isolation) He tends to make bad jokes he finds funny to make his own outlook on life more enjoyable. He will usually make a sarcastic comment at inappropriate time. Due to his hatred towards bullies he will get into a fight with a bully if he ever sees somebody being bullied.

History: Katsuo is one of the people at his school who don’t exist to his peers, due to his dyspraxia he never fit in when it came to sports (bar martial arts) leaving him to be bullied from a young age for being abnormally taller than the rest of his peers, but after he hospitalised them after taking the name calling and beatings silently for two years they now stay away leaving him isolated by his peers and in due time made him socially awkward. He calls and sees himself as an artistic bystander who draws the world for what it is truly is, as a child he no friends due to the fact that his peers were avoiding him leaving him isolated.  
His mother survived a car crash while pregnant with him but died during child birth, he is American but his father travelled to Japan six years after his mother’s death to leave him with his Aunt (American she is his father' sister) and Uncle (Japanese) as his job required him to be constantly traveling and he was able to look after him properly and rather him to be with family than in a foster home. His Aunt and Uncle (after obtaining his father’s permission) changed his name to Japanese name so he would fit in easier in the local area that name being Katsuo Oshiro".  He has yet to discover his powers as a persona user (hoping to discover during rp)

Alpha, your app's all fine and dandy, but your Arcana is all you get to choose. I'll be assigning Persona on my own personal system. Looking at your form sort of makes me think you may have copy-pasted it. For all of you unaware, this is a school for juvenile delinquents (meaning did something a bit bigger than an expulsion could handle) and the mentally ill.

Name: Akata Matsushita

Nickname/Alias: Ryoto Kato

Gender: Male

Personality: Akata is a nobleman of House Matsushita, a family native to Japan that has held the title of nobility for several centuries. Suffice to say Akata's bloodline is purely that of noble families and he himself plans to continue his family name and live up to exactly what his parents planned for him, or at least he feigns interest in such activities. Though Akata certainly didn't object to the strict regime of academics and athletics he was raised on, he didn't exactly have a choice in the matter. He was quite the actor when it was required of him and he easily feigned his interests to appease his parents, when all Akata wanted to do was really find out who he was. Akata carries with him an air of professionalism, and also an air of power. His very name carries weight throughout Japan and even has some influence internationally. Thus, is is rightfully so that Akata knows how to handle the media with elegance, and swiftness. He gives them information that makes them simply want more, as if he's demanding attention only to give them another taste. He likes to play with the media and the sort, tormenting or toying with them as he pleases to amuse himself.

Despite his professional appeal, he is quick to lend his aid to others should he deem it important and easily shows kindness whenever he can. Though the latter can really be interpreted as him trying to save face or something of the sort, he really is a nice guy deep down and wants to help out those he calls friends more than he does people who he considers total strangers. He puts his friends before himself and expects them to be be worried about their own friends too, including himself of course. He is quite to show interest in helping others to benefit mutually in the end result, but operates in a much more reserved and wary manner.Of course, he isn't so amiable just out of the kindness of his heart. To help cope with his lack of a true self-identity, he likes to hide it behind having friends and whatnot, making it seem like Akata Matsushita, heir to the Matsushita Fortunate and investments is his true self and not just some facade he puts up to save face. This could be best summerized by the duality, no, more so the light and dark aspects of Akata's personality.

To put it bluntly, Akata is quite willing to throw everything aside just to save face if he has to, even though he desperately searches for his own identity apart from the one his parent's created for him. This is, because somewhere during his childhood Akata developed a second personality, effectively creating two different Akata Matsushita. This is his darker side, the one that accepts his position and gives up on any hope of changing it. He comes across as depressed, self-doubting, and absolutely loathes the concept of being isolated from people. Thus, this Akata believes in the concept of nihilism, which argues life has no purpose, meaning, or truth.

• At some point, Akata spent two years overseas in America to study. There, he also spent those two years dominating the Basketball scene with expert strategy as the captain of the team.
  
• Attended a charity event with his parents publicly, garnering the attention of many.
  
• Akata had a lifelong interest in audio engineering, and teamed up with several popular internet celebrities to produce music. Akata garnered the attention of the media.
  
• Upon returning from America, did not play Basketball and instead stated he would be attending school in a very remote location. Thus, Akata headed to Ijumimari Town, having already purchased a place to stay under the false name, Ryoto Kato.
