| Seems more like a Psychic, or more so even a Ghost Type attack. |

| Yeah, i quickly whipped this up last night while i was half asleep and sick, so i wasn't really paying much attention XD I'm thinking Ghost though, because otherwise, virtually nothing would get STAB for it
Type changed to Ghost. |

| uh...*quickly goes to edit first post again*
XD, yeah, like i said I was tired and sick (still am) when making this, so...yeah...My Common Sense goes down the drain when that happens
Also, If i have to make this a TM, do we have TM numbers here, or do we continue TM numbers from Games?
The only problem with making them learn it via LUP is that we would have to specify a Level for each of them, meaning we need to find each of thier movesets, and find a suitable level for each of them to learn it, which would take much too long. |

| Another thing is that people simply wouldn't know their Pokemon learned that move upon reaching that level. Also, we should have our own TM numbers here because in all the games there are different TMs on numbers. It may make more sense if you look at the TM list on Bulbapedia. |

| Yeah, i know, TM numbers are set to change again in Gen V too so...We use our own TM numbers? |

| just a suggestion: put levels for each pokemon when they learn the move? |

| But I've already outlined the issue with that. For example: A trainer gets their Gengar to level 47, per se. They glance at Gengar's moveset on Bulbapedia. Seeing no moves learned at that level, they go on with their RP experience without ever knowing that their Gengar should know Dream Ball. Get me? |

| that is why a mod is responsible to make sure the pokemon learns what it has to |

| instead of TM we could have CTMs (Custom technical machines) and start from 1
we'd have to make a list of these, and all custom moves should be ctm unless for a custom pokemon, because then we'll just add the moves to the app |
