Control Ball, Team Dream's signature Poke Ball

Name: Control Ball
Purpose: When it captures a Pokemon, the Pokemon is totally enslaved to whoever holds the Poke Ball. Has the effectiveness of a Master Ball.
Looks:
Item Type: Poke Ball
Anything else: Team Dream manufactures this Poke Ball, so it cannot be bought. It is the signature Poke Ball of Team Dream. I used it once in a small quest thing, intending it to be a 1-time thing but I liked it so much that I am creating it as an official item.

Good ball,but how about they only have 5,it takes a whole month to make,and most of all,they can be broken,add this stuff,and approvement is there :P,ya know,so its fair

If they can't be broken, Annalyse is gonna be walking around with one in her bag for a long time XD

Essentially stole it from a member of Team Dream...but only to save the Pokemon inside...she wants to destroy it, so it couldn't be used on any other Pokemon, so stuck it in her bag after a Mew sent the Team Dream guy sailing.
