new journey with eve

It was the morning of her day, the day where she sets off to the next city. She couldn't wait, so she started packing and getting ready for the road. "come on eve," she aid, "this isn't the time to be late." She grabbed her breakfast, and ran towards the door, getting her bag on. eve jumped on her shoulder, steering her to make sure she didn't crash while in a hurry. "eve stop that," she told eve, "I can handle myself." She quickly went to route 4, hoping to get some training done. "ok eve," she ordered, "tackle the rock right there." She hoped to find some new Pokemon to catch, but training would do.

"eve, common!,!" she yelled, "you can do better." She was about to train her next move when she heard a boy. "h-h-hello," she replied, "If your going to fight me, I don't have enough Pokemon." slowly, eve crawled onto Serena in retreat from flareon and leafeon. "its alright eve, you can go play," she said with a soft voice. She didn't expect this to happen, she thought a Pokemon would appear.

"OH no, I don't plan on fighting you, I just saw you with your adorable Eevee and thought my Flareon and Leafeon would like to play if that is ok with you?" Kai would ask softly smiling. As if on command the Flareon would tackle the LEafeon, Not in an attack based way but a playful way. Smiling softly as he watched his pokemon chase each other barking and howling in enjoyment Kai would look to the little Eevee, crouching so eye level with the adorable pokemon. "It's ok little one, They won't harm you" Kai would say smiling softly. "My name is Kai Raiko, Ex officer of the Johto police force" the man would say as he stood up offering a handshake to the young female.

"go on eve," she said , "I'm sure they won't hurt you." She got up from crouching next to eevee, and heard the boy. "that's a relief," she replied, "my eevee is only at level 6." she shook his hand, and looked around, "I was hoping to catch some new Pokemon." She slowly walked towards the edge of the path, looking out at the grass.

"I could tell that this young one was in fact well a young one, My two are veterans in away, My Flareon was the second pokemon i ever caught, while Leafeon was the fourth, Though between me and you i think Leafeon would be thrive more with a younger crowd, Her potential still hasn't been shown" Kai said staring at his two pokemon, "Ah we may have disturbed you, What say we take a look in the dark grass and see if we can't find a couple of pokemon together" he asked softly

"ok," she said, "It would be good training for eve." She returned eve to her pokeball so that eve didn't scare away the Pokemon. She slowly looked around, watching for a Pokemon. "Hey look," she said pointing to a patch of rustling grass.

Nodding softly Kai Raiko would give his pokemon a small sign. This would force them to halt there movement and lie down crouching low as if stalking its pray. Following the females point as he rpokemon had been returned Kai would smile softly as he to noticed the moving grass. This place was famous for group and horde based battles so getting two pokemon to appear should be a pinch, Waiting he would wait for the pokemon or multiple pokemon to appear before ordering his own.

At once a loud chatter came into place as two fletchlings appeared a bit further, they were playing flying behind each other, and there was a whole other flock of fletchlings that was watching them and also playing on the sound of the chatter. However with the smallest russle sound they would fly up up and away.

Serena slowly pulled out her pokeball, "go eve," she whispered. She then gestured to the fletchlings, and her eevee knew what to do. "use a mix of sand attack and tackle," she ordered quietly, not disturbing the fletchlings. Then, eve shot sand at the fletchlings, then ran at them. This was her first Pokemon caught, and she wasn't letting go easily.

It was easy to tell just by looking at the chirping pokemon exactly how weak they were. The leafeon itself with a razor leaf could eradicate both in a matter of seconds before the birds knew what had hit them. With such low level obvious by looking they would neither have the speed nor intellect to dodge or even register a razor leaf. "Sand attack Leafeon" he would mutter as his leafeon followed the Eevee's actions.

The two pokemon had flown up but two others had taken their place, it was a bit good thought cause it was never good to let brother and sister go apart. The two new ones have been blinded and were just running around by this dodging the eevee his attack due to this way.

Eve was having a hard time hitting these jumpy fletchlings. "eve?" eve said in question. "don't worry eve," she said, "keep battling and don't worry." "shoot that tree with a snad-attack," she ordered, hoping to find the source of these fletchlings.

Watching the movements, The two bird pokemon were clearly at a disadvantage but again Kai would be unable to attack, Serina had to make this catch her own, She had to shower herself. though Kai could help with supplementary abilities. "Leafeon Helping Hand" he would say softly as the leaf pokemon moved light erupted around her as her head nuzzled the Eevee passing on the power, "Sand attack once more" he said softly as the Leafeon would then release a flurry of sand in the bird pokemons direction.

The Fletchlings quickly set up a quick whirring of their wings, successfully blowing away the successive Sand Attacks of both the Eevee and the Leafeon. With a series of tail feather movements, they both took off in different directions, forming aerial half-heart shapes before diving in towards their opponents. Both of them tucked in their wings and stooped in a Quick Attack, the first towards the Leafeon and the second towards the Eevee.

"EVE," Serena yelled, "dodge it with a roll." Eevee then rolled and got up quickly. "now, use bite and aim for the wings," Serena ordered. So, the eevee followed the instructions and ran towards the fletchlings. "this isn't going to happen" she thought, "I am not losing with my eevee."

It would seem the birds had some evasion skill, Sadly they were not all that intelligent, They could not see that the power of the leafeon was superior as was the speed. the fletchling that attacked the grass pokemon was certainly brave. "It can't be helped. Intercept Leafeon with your own Quick attack" Now i would seem both were utilizing the priority move quick attack and it would come down to natural speed....sadly the Leafeon was the faster of the two and the outcome if struck would be that of defeat for the tiny bird.

(You should be ashamed pitting a level 6 Fletchling against a level 45 Leafeon! X3. I did not say anything.)

The first Fletchling was caught off guard, successfully receiving a nip from the Eevee from the side. Worse still, it's wing was caught fast in the Eevee's maw. It immediately set up a frantic fluttering and started lashing out with it's free wing and feet.

The second Fletchling had underestimated the Leafeon. Only another lesson that looks are deceiving. The Quick Attack struck fairly and the moderate attack from the significantly stronger foe blew it back, causing it to wheel, turn and crash into the base of a nearby tree. It had fainted.

Seeing this, the first Fletchling's thrashing grew stronger and more frantic as instinct took over. Mind said to flee, and heart said to fly over to her brother's side. Should she get free in the first place, that is.

"alright," Serena said, "finish this off by biting the other wing." So, eve slowly approached the frantic fletchling and went to bite the other wing. "alright," she thought. "pokeball! go!," she said, throwing the pokeball. she has always dreamed of this day, and now it has come.

Watching as the trainer threw the ball kai would simply await, He was a beast trainer thus would not catch the bird. all he could do is wait and watch wondering if the catch would stick

Fletchling calmed down with a vicious look in it's eye as the Eevee approached. It attempted to bat away the attack with it's wing but only ended up with it also getting bitten and trapped in the Eevee's mouth. As it suppressed the panic rising like a swell, it was struck hard by some sort of sphere. It was immediately pulled in as the pokeball shook violently twice, the third time the rolling was weak as it finally ceased moving. With a click, it signified capture.

"well," Serena said, "glad that's over." She returned eevee, and slowly walked out of the grass. "next is Santalune gym battle" she said, "you may come and watch, or do what you want." said and done, she walked for Santalune.

Nodding to himself, He had decided, This girl and that eevee were somethign special...and with Leafeon at thier side it may help them. The red light enveloped the green pokemon and the male kissed the ball softly. "Santalune huh, It was a while since i took out Viola. But i think leafeon may help you, I don't think i can take Leafeon with me due to the harship of my job but i don't want to send her to the Pokemon care unit, So you'd be doing me a favour if you would take her with you" Kai said softly holding out the pokeball,
