Target: Opponents
Effect: May paralyze the opponent. (due to still vibrating)
It is not effected by the enemie´s type
(so it may also hit ghosts for instance)
The move´s power is:
-20, if the target got low defence
-50, if it got medium defence
-100 if it got high defence
-150 if it got very high defence

Description: The Pokemon produces soundwaves by screaming, singing or some other way that is typical for that Pokemon to produce sound. Those soundwaves make the opponents body (or ectoplasmatic substance) vibrate, possibly hindering it from moving and hitting heavier the harder and less flexible the opponent is.

Accuracy: 100
Power:  The move´s power is:
-20, if the target got low defence
-50, if it got medium defence
-100 if it got high defence
-150 if it got very high defence
