Effects: 80% chance on certain type, 20% on different type (Example: Water Balls, Grass Balls, etc.)
Type: Poké Ball
Other: Looks like a Pester Ball.

I would love to agree with this, but the percentage of 80% is really close to a masterball, and that makes it a bit too powerful, in my opinion.

60 percent for right type, 10 percent for incorrect type
