History:
Leo grew up living next door to Ashley after he moved to Pallet from Saffron City, although the two didn't actually meet until they were three, and the same thing goes for Alexis, They were always hanging out and having fun the three of them, however Leo, could never truly let himself go, always having a minorly serious side to him, although this never held him back, Leo was always fascinated by Ice Type pokemon however he had never actually met one himself, this being one of his goals.
