Sato's Training Thread

As the sun rose over the hills sparking up the training grounds, Ace enetered the training grounds with Shadow walking right beside him and Blaze inside his pokeball. "Alright team are we ready to do this!" Sato said as he let Blaze out of his pokeball. "Blaze i need you to just watch this for now." Sato said as Shadow and Ace stepped infront of one of the logs that stood over the training grounds. "Alright go Shadow i want you to use leer then once that is done use tackle then once that lands i want you too back flip backwards until you reach five meters and shoot a vine whip as soon as you land alright?." Ace said Shadow stared down the log as evil as he could then right after Shadow bursted at the log with intense speed hitting the log hard making some of the log's wood fly off because of the impact. Right after Shadow used the force that the tackle created to push himself backwards into 5 back flips before landing facing the log once again. When Shadow landed Shadow sent out two long vines that flew at the log crashing down hard making huge impact. All of this made Shadow puff. "You alright Shadow?" Ace said as Shadow noded with a smirk sitting down for a rest.
