Summer Nights

Jayden snuck out of the nest with waking Faith or his sister and starts floating around poking his head into bushs and such curiously

Raven noticed Jayden come out and frowned, Faith would have her head if anything happened to him. The black haired girl walked over to the Latios and whispered, "hey, what ya up to?"

She startles Jayden who tries to hide in a hole of a tree.............but he gets stuck half in

Raven groaned and muttered, "great, that bird is going to peck my eyes out." With a scowl the girl reach over to the hole and began to pick at the sides, attempting to make it larger. She winced when a small piece of wood got wedged under her finger, great. Note to self, from now on one of my knives stayed in my pocket at all times.

Faith yawns starting to wake up, and Jayden was still stuck

Raven frowned before running over to a nearby bush and picking some berries. When she returned she crushed them and spread the solution over Jayden, hopefully this would make him slippery enough that he could break through.

Jayden slipped a bit but was still stuck
"What's going on!" Faith sqauks at the top of her voice seeing Jayden stuck in a hole instead of in the nest

Raven scowled and cursed under her breath, she was in for it now. The black haired girl turned around and attempted to calmly announce, "little Jayden here wandered out of the nest and managed to get himself stuck in a hole. I was just trying to get him out." Man I suck with kids...

"WHY DIDN'T YOU WAKE ME UP!" Faith sqawks pecking at Raven's head

Raven gave a yelp before exclaiming, "this is why!"

Faith puffs up and stops pecking Raven and starts pecking the the tree around Jayden

Raven gave a relived grin when Faith stopped pecking her and began pecking at the tree. She got back to working with her berries, helping to try and get Jayden out.

Once she gets him free, Faith gives Jayden a good scolding and tucks him back into the nest beside his sister

Raven gave a relieved grin and commented, "see, that wasn't so bad."

"NOT SO BAD! HE COULDV'E GOTTEN SPLITERS OR CUT OR WORSE!" Faith sqawks at her outraged

Raven put her hands up in an 'I surrender' pose before exclaiming, "sorry, I've never been very good with kids! I once fed a baby raw pork when I was ten, true story."

"Remind me to never let you watch my babies" Faith says straitening her feathers where they had lain down wrong after she had puffed up
