First Steps

After encoutering a special, odd-colored, wild Rattata on Cherrygrove City, Solo attempted to capture it but he failed because the Rattata managed to run away. He decided to move onto Violet City where he can get his first badge and explore Sprout Tower.

He looked around the city and noticed a tower shaking just like a Bellsprout.

"Hmm, that might be Sprout Tower. There are 6 Sages that I can use for Snivy to level up. The Elder can also do as well. But, it would be useless to level up Snivy if he is weak against Leader Falkner's flying type Pokemon. I must search for an electric type Pokemon or maybe a rock type. But I don't think I can find such types here." thought Solo as he walk slowly looking around.

While looking around, Solo noticed a house with a sign saying: Bellsprout for an Onix

"Hmm, it's easy to find Bellsprouts around here." thought Solo as he walk closer to the house and knocked on the door.

Theres a light snoring coming from his bag

"Hm? Last time, Rattata, now what?" thought Solo as he slowly unzip his bag and he found a _____.

the same rattata curled up in the bottom of his bag. The light wakes it up and it tries to jump out

"Still Rattata. Lucky you for being special or else I'd throw you away." thought Solo as he put his palm in the bag.

"Here, get on my hand. I won't hurt you." said Solo.

Rattata bites his hand

Solo's eyes opened wide as he quickly remove his hand.

"Rats..." thought Solo.
"You'll be mine whether you like it or not. I need you as a tool." thought Solo as he tried to grab the Rattata followed by tackling a Pokeball on its head to attempt to capture it.

Rattata uses Flame Thrower causing the pokeball to turn to ash before it could hit it then tries biting his hand again

Solo quickly threw Rattata away.

"Stupid rat!" thought Solo and he tapped Snivy's Pokeball which released a red laser that hit the ground revealing Snivy.

"Snivy, use wrap!" said Solo.
"Vy!" responded Snivy and he points his right index finger to Rattata and vines popped under Rattata's legs on attempt to wrap it.

Rattata jumps and uses Flame Thrower burning the vines before it lands

"You're not gonna recharge that fast, don't you?" thought Solo.
"Vine Whip, quick!" said Solo.
"Vy!" answered Snivy.

Snivy faced his palm to Rattata as vines came out on an attempt to strike Rattata.

Rattata is hit and starts running the other way

"You're not escaping." thought Solo.
"WRAP!" said Solo.
"Vy!" answered Snivy.

Vines went out of Snivy's palms again and attempted to trip Rattata by wrapping its back legs.

Rattata starts jumping over the vines. It slowed it down a bit but it keeps running

"Try it again!" said Solo.
"Snivy!" answered Snivy as he attempted it again.

Rattata keeps jumping and in the middle of one jump it gets caught in a Staraptor's claws. "RATTATA!" it screams as Staraptor starts carrying it away

(random deployment now eh? xP)

"Argh!" thought Solo as he tapped Snivy's Pokemon withdrawing Snivy back with a red laser.

Solo turned around knocking on the door of the house again.

((I meant for you to save it, now it's going to be Staraptor lunch))

(Why would I save it? It BIT MY hand.)

((You grabbed it and tried to grab it first))

(whatevah, just open teh door)

(AND it's a BLUE Rattata- they aren't even blue when they're shiny! Plus that was NOT a regular moveset. That was, like, super-Rattata. And now it's being shredded, ripped apart into tiny little strips and fed to little Starly. All because it bit you. Also, I don't think we allow posting things like 'Onix for Bellsprout' because it's god-modding.)
The door swung open.
