ok long story short, my Wii locked itself out, my uncle wanted to know why that was such a big deal and after a hour of asking he got out of me I've been using it for internet. He's mad but he's letting me on his computer for small bits at a time (this time for thirty minutes). He promised not to tell my parents so I should still be on but not as nearly as long as I normaly am. And I'm much more time restricted

That sucks. You're pretty unlucky when it comes to the internet- among other things. At least your uncle is being cool about it. I just don't understand why your parents don't even allow you on the internet! :evil:

none of my family likes pokemon but my parents are much more strict about it then my uncle or grandparents

No offence meant by this, but are they the kind of people who believe that it goes against religion and things?

my parents think it's evil e_e. My grandparents kinda do to but they at least let me make my own choices

i just remembered a video i watched about years ago that really sticked on my brain. i think there are realy some people that figured this one out:

internet, video games, latest technology, sexy girls, muscular guys, temptations, movies and such are used by this.. err... Satan, ever noticed why people doesnt go to church or praise God anymore? waz the reason? TECHNOLOGY. that's kinda umm 1/3 maybe, i mean like maybe they believe that internet might have luna addict or not just luna but others too causing them too lazy to go to church and pray. kinda thought of that. i half believe that vid. so err, thats all. i just cant stop myself from blabberingblabbity blah this thing.

hey, I believe like the rest of my family and I'm not a addict to technology. In fact I read more books than I watch TV. And hardly any of the rest of my family go to church but we all still read the Bible

Oh, come on! Pokemon? :) Pokemon isn't evil. Sure, it's slightly more violent than certain other popular things, but evil? It's not like the folks down at Nintendo are putting subliminal messages in the background of their games saying 'Rebel against your parents... Do drugs... Drop out of school...' You're sixteen years old and they won't let you play a game that the ESRB deemed safe for 9-year-olds? (Pokemon games are rated E and the next highest thing is E10+, thus they think Pokemon is fine for children under 10.)

I know my parents are crazy. My uncle said he's mostly mad about me lying but at least he said he'll let me on sometimes. I let him see the sites I go to and judge them for himself. I think that's the on;ly reason he said he'd let me
