Relation: Bright is Dark's ultimate rival, having a personal grudge against him for his father was humiliated by Bright's in a pokemon battle. They rarely travel with each other, but they do occasionally run into each other on their road to becoming the champion and battle to see who's been doing better so far.

History: Dark started his pokemon journey around the same time that Bright did, choosing a starter that could counter his own in battle. His ultimate goal is to be the champion of Sinnoh, but secretly he holds a grudge against Bright. Dark's father was a great pokemon trainer, until Bright's defeated him in battle. Dark's father accused him of cheating, and Bright's father was shunned from the town, either to train or something, nobody knows. But Dark knows what truly happened, and tries constantly to avenge his father.

Well, the history for this application is sort of confusing..

I'd like to see it expanded upon more before it goes under approval. The one paargraph doesn't do it for me.. it speaks mostly about his father, and the only things I know about him from this is that he has a grudge and he wants to be a champion. Don't forget about the rest of the character's life.. something must have happened in those twelve years, right?
