Personality:

On the outside, Blaine shows a mean, teasing, and annoying character. He says he is specialized to annoy people, which annoy people. He doesn't care about anything in his way much, and usually has nice comebacks. Once underestimated, he is known to fight with all the experience he gained. Once defeated, the foe gains his respect.

Blaine usually gets in other people's ways. He interferes and underestimates. He seems to be everywhere. He also enjoys teasing people for anything, and hates sticking around at the same place for too long. He is a very impatient person. When a battle takes too long, he gets real frustrated. He just simply loves forests. He usually trains in forests, usually getting in the way of lots of other trainers who cross or train by or in the forest.

He on the other hand, is indeed very smart when it comes to thinking strategies, usually using the battle zone as an advantage. He often uses feints and tricks to confuse their foe before attacking. He also has a talent when it comes to making a mutant of two or more moves, of either the same or different Pokemon. He enjoys observing and experimenting with Pokemon moves to find ways to develop new moves. Despite being an orphan, left alone at very young age, he lives a very happy life.

He loves all kinds of Pokemon, cute or tough, beautiful or ugly, weak or strong, good or bad. He enjoys nature, usually training in forests by requesting wild Pokemon to a battle instead of fully lashing out. He is always willing to risk his life for any Pokemon in danger. He refuses to release any Pokemon.





History:
Blaine was born with red hair and golden eyes. His brother told him he looked like flame. Those eyes and hair, looked like he was a born fire type user. He nicknamed him Blaze..

Blaine was born 2 years after their father was reported to be lost.
He was living happily until a specific time.. when he lost everything that was precious to him. Literally... everything...

One night, his elder brother, Zaruki, had decided to leave to follow his father's footsteps by befriending legendary Pokemon. Zaruki left when he was young. Blaine had great confidence and waved him goodbye. He then lived a rather lonely life. So he decided to train and raise Pokemon so he will have something to do. 2 years passed, Blaine was now suffering from great panic. His brother hadn't contacted in ages, and his mother was always busy. On day he asked his mother, "Mama, where is Daddy?" His mother responded, lying to him, that his father was always out busy at work. It was later this day, when it all happened.

It was around 7:00 in the evening. There was a knock on their small door. Blaine ran to open the door, there was a man in a coat, standing in front of him. The man had a grey lab coat, and hat, he had blank, emotionless eyes. He had an evil grin, which looked like it had eternity of evil inside. The next thing he remembered was being caged in a small room. The boy escaped using his trained Pokemon, managing to break a wall to jump out with his Pidgeotto. He discovered back home, that his mother was murdered, there was the man, sitting on a chair.
He said,"Run while you can, before I have your head next to your Mommy's" It was the same self, those emotionless eyes, that evil grin flowing with insanity.

Blaine roared with anger and charged, but was stopped with not an effort at all. A huge Shiny Rampardos, roared with much more might. Blaine stepped back and yelled,"What do you want?!"
He laughed evilly,"I'm evil, I'm insane, I'm reckless, I'm emotionless, I'm....Zonon"
The evil man stabbed Blaine, he fell to the ground.

He woke up in a hospital, where he remembered seeing a doctor panic. He was soon back to normal, the ambulance was called by some witness just below the hill. Blaine thanked the doctors and went back home, where he packed up and decided to leave for Kanto. Back then they were in Hoenn. Blaine decided to start a journey to spend his life in it. Decided to start from Kanto. He headed to Sinnoh first, since he was also planning to search for his brother. He failed. He traveled through Sinnoh, Hoenn, Jhoto, and finally reached Kanto. He went all the way to Pewter city, where he began his Journey...

i think he means something like golden or yellow eyes

Seviper would also know Screech. On Combusken you wrote Focus Energy twice, and it doesn't have a personality. Shiftry can't learn Solar Beam by Tutor. Pidgeot's moves are a mess-
