Kira has always been a real troublemaker, as she never felt wanted, and just tried to get attention at first. But as the years went by, she ended up liking being rebellious, and has now fully accepted who she are.
Normally she is the kind of person to be fully confident, caring only what she think herself, almost deliberately trying to scare other people away with her looks or threatening behavior. When angered, she'll throw a fit, which will end with her either trying to hurt the person responsibly, or robbing them off what they have got; be it clothes, accessories, money, pokéballs or pokémon.

History:
Having been unwanted even before getting born, Kira has always been feeling abandoned by everyone she should have been loved by. Trying to get attention, she developed a tendency to commit various kinds of criminal actions at a young age; vandalism, theft and the like. But as she grew up, still ignored by her family and everyone her age, Kiras actions escalated quickly; she caught her teachers leg in an Ursaring trap (beartrap), sending her to a facility for young troublemakers.
It just made her taste for criminal actions grow huge over the last few years, and when she turned 22, they finally let her go.

After robbing a pair of random houses for all the money she could find without getting caught, she underwent a lot of changes, so she could wear what she felt like.
Her hair got a few black stripes, shortened in one side while the other stayed long and lightly wavy. She got a lip piercing and a black, pretty big tattoo just below her chest.

After a little half year, she went to a professor, to get her first pokémon she could order around, making it a partner in crime. And since she knew most bug pokémon were unwished for, like she was herself and had always been, she decided to get one of those.
