Move tutoring was brought up in the chat, and it was made clear to me that there was no official system in place for this, so I put one together. I'll update the guide for this, as well, but here is how it works:
During your adventures, NPCs can be encountered who can teach Pokemon moves. They may do it for free or demand something in return, be it sending you on an errand, asking another kind of favour (mind out of the gutters, stop sniggering, kids), or just straight out wanting payment. Once the conditions are met, your Pokemon can then be taught the move(s)!
Otherwise, as seen in the anime, the trainer can give this a go, just like in training threads. You can try however you like to teach your Pokemon the move, but it's up to your mod as to whether this succeeds or fails, and it won't necessarily be easy!
