2 vs 1 Rowan & Tyson Vs Lilli

Rowan stepped into the arena With Nimbus one his shoulder with a piece of paper in his hand with the information for the match on it. "seems like we are paired up with another duo for this battle buddy." He stated as he walked into the lighted area of the battle arena.

"Hmm, two trainers against me? Eh, you've got this, Absol." I grin down at the dark-type, who is standing confidently beside me. I step forward, Absol matching my pace perfectly. "You're Rowan? Where's the other guy, oh, whats-'is-name?"

"Wow first day as a trainer and I'm already in a different dimension..." Tyson is a little flusterred but prepared for the battle ahead of him "I'm right here Lilli." Tyson steps forward, Neo by his side. "Ready to do this Rowan?"

"There you are." I nod in greeting. Absol takes a step forward, and I toss another PokeBall. "Sakura, come on out!"
A green Pokemon pops out, and lands with an adorable smile. A budew. "You guys ready to get it started?"

Rowan smiled "We are ready." "Cast!" Rowan eyed the Absol, a dark type little bit of a disadvantage with no move with a type it was weak to. Hopefully Tyson had something to counter that and Rowan grinned at the Budew, grass type perfect.

"Trainers Please Choose your pokemon"

"Go on buddy that's your cue" Cast form zoomed out into the battle area.

"Trainers Please Chose your Pokemon"

At these words Neo dashed out in front of Tyson. "This one's gonna be tough buddy, but you got this" Tyson tried to reassure Neo. He knew this would truly be a test of his skills. Tyson thought that the Budew wouldn't be too much trouble, but he knew that the Absol was the real deal in terms of danger.

"Ready, Set, Begin!"

At those words Neo dashed forward at the Budew "You read my mind" Tyson said, "Use Peck!" Neo dashed forward and extended his neck, as he lunged at Budew.

"Sakura and Absol for me." I said simply, and watched as the Castform zoomed forward into the arena. A normal type that could change its type. I would have to watch out for it's fire type. Luckily I was fine with fighting disadvantages.

Rowan sighed. Charging right in, oh well. Nimbus ember on absol. Nimbus responded by shooting the tiny fireballs out at the much larger pokemon.

Dang. And a poison type. At least Budew was a Grass/Poison, so it wouldn't be too bad. "Absol, use Faint Attack on Neo, and Sakura, use Absorb on Castform!"
Absol charged, blocking Neo's path from Sakura, while the Budew launched it's attack at Castform in an attemot to drain it's life.

Budew was hit with some of the embers instead of Absol, due to them moving about, but most of them missed.

The absorb hit castform doing a very little damage considering he wasnt in his rain form. That absorb has to go first thought Rowan. "Ok change of plans Ember on Budew Nimbus"

Nimbus responded by showing more ember onto Budew.

In mid lunge, Neo was hit by the Absol. He took damage and it took him a while to regain his stance. Neo then immediately stared at the Absol, waiting for it's move.

"Absol, use Quick Attack."
Absol waited, flinching forwards to trick the smaller Pokemon, then on the third time, dashed forward at incredible speed to try to hit the Nidoran.

"Sakura use Water Sport!" I call, and she opens up the bud on her head, releasing a spray of water that protects her from most of the damage of the flames, and soaking her in the process for further protection. The attack only does a small amount of damage.

Neo barely saw it coming, but was able to lower its head to reduce the damage. It endured the hit and Tyson knew exactly what to do. "Now, Counter!" Neo flashed a bright color and then lunged right at the Absol's gut.

Absol was too close to dodge, but managed to use its horn to block the full force of the attack. It still did a moderate amount of damage, but at least it wasn't as bad a blow as it could've been. "Now use Scratch!" Absol flashed its large paw out from underneath it's horn to surprise Neo, and tried to slash it.

Rowan smiled at the water soaked Budew. "You seem to have forgotten Nimbus isn't just one type NIMBUS POWDER SNOW"

This time Nimbus sent a chilling gust of air and powdery snow at the plant hoping that the water that it had covered itself in would freeze as well and do more damage or slow them down.

Budew let out a squeal as the snow stuck to it, doing a fair amount of damage and slamming the little Pokemon into the ground. It's body was covered in a thin layer of ice, and was struggling to break free.

"Ok buddy lets keep it pinned down with an Ominous Wind"

Nimbus cried out "Cast" as a gust of repulsive wind blew from around it and towards the budew.

Neo stepped back after the attack and regained it's footing quickly. It was quick enough for him to see the Absol make a move. What he didn't expect was that the move would be scratch. He was hit on his side, and rolled away. He was tired, and Tyson knew this. But Neo had tons of fight left in him. In order to stand a chance, he used Focus Energy. He radiated with an energy that allowed him to hone in on all aspects of his Enemy.

Budew was hit by the Ominous Wind, and it squealed again. "Budew, use growth!" It's body grew slightly larger for a moment, shattering the ice around it. "Now use Absorb!" It launched its attack, the Growth having boosted it's damage in special attacks like Absorb.

"Absol, while it's still charging with Focus Energy, use Faint Attack!" Absol dashed forwards, but at the last moment feinted to the side and slammed in towards Neo, which would hopefully trick to Pokemon and let Absol land the final blow.

Tyson just barely caught what the Absol was trying to do. "Neo quickly, intercept it with Poison Jab!" Neo's leg began to glow purple, and he then rushed at the Absol, who was attacking in turn. As it was ramming into him, Neo attacked it with Poison Jab.

Absol was unable to dodge at the speed it was going. Neo's horn rammed right into Absol's chest, and Absol was sent skidding back about a foot from the force. It had caused a lot of damaged, but luckily it hadn't been poisoned. "Absol, use Feint!" Absol dashed around Neo, looking as if it were about to slam into him, then skipping to the other side. After about five seconds of this, it finally rammed its horn straight for the Pokemon.

If it wasn't for him using Focus Energy, Neo would have been dazed by Absol's display of skipping side to side. But he was barely able to see where he was, and when He saw him, he responded with a Peck, causing both of the attacks to clash.
