Looking to scare up some action

Burton and Charmander strolled into Pallet town at a leisurely pace. A small box appeared over Burton's head, but off to the side a bit, in which were the words Pallet Town. The box then flew upwards and disappeared. Okay, that was just weird, thought Burton. He walked the path after Charmander though, who was looking at things at poking small children curiously. They walked around looking for a trainer to battle.

then a tall man walked by"hi there"

(Wow, sounds like some kind of child molester. XD I'm not even gonna make any jokes about him playing with balls, or pressing on balls and making them bigger. It would just be too easy.)
Burton noticed the Pokemon behind the man. "Yeah, I was looking for a battle," said Burton. "Wanna try me? Although my only Pokemon-" (here he gestured at Charmander who was flicking a Weedle then hiding when it turned to look at her) "-isn't precisely what you would call... Masterful." The Weedle suddenly jumped around, catching Charmander off guard and sending her sprawling.

"err well im a new trainer also only got 1 pokemon"

"Oh, well then we're fairly even. Charmander!" She jumped to her feet and stared at the guy and his Pokemon.

"go ekans"then a level 9 ekans came out"k first move is yours"

"My pleasure." Burton smiled. "Charmander, Scratch!" She rolled her eyes, but prepared to Scratch anyways, bringing her claws high in the air.

Felix, lucas and psy freak teleported nearby, "Psy freak return" as the kadabra nodded entering his pokeball. the white haired boy and his lucario walked for a while, stopping to watch the battle

"ekans wrap"Ekans then grabbed charmanders arm and slammed her on the ground then wrapped around charmander squeezing

"Charmander, Scratch!" Charmander Scratched all the coils of Ekans's coiled body, thus hitting it in way more places than usual, eliciting extra damage. (Again, skill.)

(actually thats considered a critical hit just like skill its uncommon)Ekans then let go of charmander and used bite

She Scratched as Burton opened his mouth to tell her to. But what he wouldn't have told her to do was Scratch UP, into the oncoming mouth. The Bite move closed around her arm with its claws extended and pointing upwards.

Then Ekans stopped and shot a poison sting right at charmander then jumped back

Charmander was hit and poisoned! She lost some health from the attack, then from the poison. She grimaced. "Charmander, use-" Burton was cut off as Charmander predicted his sentence and Scratched Ekans.

ekans then took it and used bite

Charmander was hit by the Bite attack and retaliated with another Scratch. She was hurt by poison.

the scratch hit its tounge then it used wrap and threw it at a tree

Charmander was getting very low on health. She got up shakily from the ground. Seeing a pine cone on the ground next to her, she got an idea. She looked around for one of the right color and shape, then waltzed right up to Ekans. She turned around, set it on the ground right next to Ekans, then held her tail (which was burning powerfully because she was low on HP and had the Blaze ability) on it while Growling, hoping to lull Ekans into staying in place as she did so. Finally, just when she thought she'd held it long enough, she sprang away from the pine cone and Ekans. The pine cone exploded, hitting Ekans in the process.

Ekans flinched at the pinecone and slithered away a little hurt(pinecones explode?)then it used poison sting

(Yes. Rather violently and loudly.) After leaping away from the pine cone, Charmander landed right next to a tree, but not the tree she had been thrown against earlier. She climbed up it, just in time to avoid the Poison Sting. She took some of the dark brown leaves off of the tree and some acorns, too. She stuck an acorn on each leaf then burned the leaves. They floated down to Ekans, then the acorns popped when the fire burned them. She was hoping to confuse Ekans.

Ekans then went in a tree and shot poison stings at charmander

Due to the distance between the two Pokemon and their respective trees, Charmander could easily dodge every Poison Sting. She Growled at Burton's command.

Ekans attack was lowered then it through an acorn at charmander
