Personality: Mark is a very aggressive person, attacking anyone he sees just for the fun of it. His evil rivals that of Giovanni, or the leaders of other criminal organizations. He is almost always defeating new trainers' Pokemon with an ambush, usually using his surroundings to attack. He loves to inflict pain on others, which is why he is feared to those who know him, especially Gavin.

History: Mark was born in Eterna City, and lives a block away from Gavin. He excelled in bullying, and he always picked on Gavin, due to him being very smart and, well, being a nerd. When they both went to High School, Mark would always get himself in trouble. Gavin attempted to stay away from him as much as possible, but to no avail. They each received an Eevee egg when They got out of school. However, Mark received his when he stole it, and not earning it the fair way. He aggressively trained it, and soon evolved it to a Flareon. Now, they wreck havoc near Eterna City and the surrounding cities, but something might happen once Gavin comes by.
