As a tomboy, Aylene’s battle style is expected to be defined as reckless. In fact, anyone would think, with her appearance and personality that she is an idiot who would jump into something without thinking. But contradictory to this belief, Aylene can be very different while she is engaged in a battle. In place of her goofy grin and careless expression would appear a very focused and calculating face. She would, instead of just yelling out commands, take her time to think and then act it out with a plan.
While engaged in a battle, she is more of a go for the weakness of the pokemon type. She commonly uses a pokemon’s element weakness against it or would hit the weakest part after some careful observation. She also likes to use her pokemon’s surroundings to its best, using small boulders, trees, etc..

“Why should boys have all the fun?!” would be the first thing that could come escape out of Aylene’s mouth on any ordinary day. Her hair tied up in a pony tail, wearing shorts and a shirt most of the time, Aylene is what you can call a tomboy. Despite looking quite cute and girl like, Aylene’s way of doing things, the way she acts, the way she thinks and all other characteristics about her can easily have the other person figure out what kind of a girl she actually is. Growing up with her two childhood friends, both being boys, one could say that those two influenced her more than any other.  She used to do anything and everything that they used to do, from dressing up in shorts to playing foot ball, getting dirt on her shirt and getting into fights with other kids. That’s right, despite being a girl; she had a tendency to get into fights, mostly thanks to her short temper and rebellious nature.  Her dining manners are out of this world, to the extent where you would think that a pig would have better manners than her. She likes food, it’s a fact that cannot be denied and she eats like she has been starving for weeks, stuffing food into her mouth and eating it like a glutton.  Not even once has she behaved like a normal girl, always doing what a boy does, climbing trees, getting into fights, playing football and so on. She is also very oblivious to the feelings of people around her. It was no secret that some of her friends when she was a kid had crushes on her which she always failed to notice, pushing their hopes down a cliff. She can be excited easily and is very energetic and enthusiastic when it comes to anything that’s pokemon. Seeing the way she jumps around and grins, it can usually make the person next to her want to smile as well, almost like passing her energy to the person. She can be stubborn when she wants to be but understanding as well and even though she is usually seen jumping into situations and such, she is capable of thinking wisely and effectively, giving attention to every single detail.

Her likes and dislikes are pretty guessable after seeing her behavior. There is nothing more she likes than being loud, free, wild and carefree. In addition to this, she has a nature that hates to listen to others unless it’s an advice that she can take into consideration. She is often seen riding her skateboard with her Ralts on her shoulder or with him clinging on to her for his dear life. What she hates is to be controlled and being denied her freedom. She wants to be able to make her own decisions and thus doesn’t listen to most other than her friends or people she respects. She also hates it when people starts treating her like a child, taking her cute appearance into consideration or even when they call her short. She would huff, puff and beat the guy down if she is pissed off by him or her.

History: History: Fifteen years ago, on the 4th of March, Aylene was born into a very normal family, with an aura trainer as her father and a normal kindergarten teacher as her mother. She was named Aylene by her father, her name meaning “the cheerful one” which seemed very appropriate for a girl like Aylene. From the day she was able to crawl, she used to follow around her father’s Gallade everywhere, getting shook off from him a lot. But she would still cling on to him and in time, Gallade started to love Aylene like his kid, and very soon, when she was able to walk, she started going with her father and Gallade on many small adventures, much to her mother’s worry. She wasn’t someone who associated much with pokemon and she has always thought that they could be dangerous, but never said anything when her father was around. Aylene loved her father and spent as much time with him and Gallade as possible, than with her mother. She has also noticed that her father used to go on long trips, taking months to return. It was him who taught her the basics of being an aura trainer as well, which she learned with happiness.

One day, when Aylene was 5, Gallade and her father left for another mission, leaving her with a green leaf pendant that Gallade gave her before he left. Weeks passed away after that and neither her father nor Gallade returned, making her more and more as days passed. Her mother too was starting to get worried since her husband and his partner never took this long on the trips they went on. News started to brew up that her father and Gallade were dead, making her mother go into depression for months. All this while, Aylene just stood in front of her mother, hugging the green leaf pendant to her chest. She didn’t know what was going on, and neither did she believe that her father was dead.

A year after that, she and her mother moved to Goldenrod, where her mother got the job as a teacher. Her mother was starting to recover from all the depression, but her hatred towards pokemon seemed to grow, asking Aylene to never make contacts with pokemon again. And of course, Aylene never listened to her and always used to sneak some pokemons into her house to take care of them. One day, in Goldenrod, while wandering around the place, she meets Raven, an orphan with no place to go and even though his conditions could make someone feel bad, Raven carried himself like a responsible adult. He helped her find her home that day and they seemed to become fast friends. Raven was like a big brother, protecting her from all the dangers of the city, and they spent almost all day playing or doing things together.

And years after that, on her 8th birthday, Aylene found a bruised Gallade, holding a green pokemon egg on her doorsteps. She took him to her room without her mother’s knowledge and nursed him. But Gallade was very weak and no matter how much she asked him for her father, he only gave her an apologetic smile. He passed away that night, leaving her with the green pokemon egg. Months after that, the egg hatched to a Ralts. Ralts was nothing like Adalia, he was quiet and mature like Gallade, and they formed an odd duo. She was somehow able to keep Ralts with her without her mother’s knowledge although one day she did find out about him. She asked Aylene to get Ralts out of the house and after a very long day of crying and begging, she agreed to have her keep Ralts. Her mother seemed scared for her though. She felt that her daughter would be taken away from her too, seeing how Aylene was turning out to be like her father.

At the age of 15, Aylene and Raven decided that it’s time that they went on a pokemon adventure. So Aylene and Raven, Ralts and Riolu has set on a journey to find the possibilities of the pokemon world, with Aylene’s mind set on finding her father as well.
