Aron

Unlike one of his Executives, Listor, who planned on training by beating Pokemon of many grunts as quickly as possible to let his own Pokemon get experience points, Isao Katsu the boss of mighty Society of Liberty was going to train by sparring his Pokemon with three of the strongest grunts of the villainous team in quality battles that give exp from the fight itself. Katsu planned on training each of his three Pokemon separately, starting from Aron. Now, each of the opposing grunts possessed only one Pokemon. Having trained only that Pokemon allowed said grunts to let their one Pokemon have loads of exp compared to how Katsu's exp was divided almost equally into his three different Pokemon.

Throwing a Pokeball in the air, Katsu called out his abnormally large Aron (three feet larger than a regular Aron). The Pokemon landed on the floor in a large thud. If it had not been for the strong construction of the Liberty Tower, the place could have been seriously damaged due to the fact the Aron was super heavy, having the ability Heavy Metal due to its size abnormality. The Pokemon made angry noises under its breath, waiting for any of the grunts to reveal their Pokemon.

After a short pause, one of the grunts stepped forward and threw his own Pokeball into the air and out came a tough looking Ursaring. The Pokemon landed on the tower with a little more power than Aron did, as it weighed slightly more than its opposing Pokemon. The tower was indeed strong. The Bear Pokemon roared much more loudly than Aron could. However, the smaller Pokemon did not flinch as it awaited orders, muttering angrily.

Acting quickly, the grunt ordered Ursaring to use its latest move, Scary Face. The bear frowned, opened its mouth wide and basically put on a very scary face. Aron despite its bravery, was affected. Its natural instincts caused it to shiver. The move worked and instantly paralyzed Aron! The smaller Pokemon was paralyzed and thus unable to move! Taking advantage of the sneaky maneuver, the grunt ordered Ursaring to charge at Aron. The Pokemon rushed, and just as it reached striking range, the grunt ordered for it to use Seismic Toss.

The Bear lifted up the heavy creature with little to no difficulty. Astonished, Katsu looked on helplessly as Ursaring brought Aron vertically on top of it and prepared to smash it down. Against all odds, Aron broke free of its paralyzed status before Ursaring smashed it down. Upon a clearer look, the bear was having difficulty smashing it down due to its ability that makes it heavier. Heavy Metal! Sighing a sigh of relief, Katsu quickly ordered for his Aron to use Metal Claw. The Pokemon's small claws glowed silver as it struck the unsuspecting bear and caused it to release. Aron landed back on the ground where Ursaring had taken a step back, caught by surprise.

Katsu ordered for his Aron to use Take Down on the opposing Pokemon and it followed the orders by charging at the Ursaring, attempting to literally take it down to the floor. However, the bear acted swiftly upon hearing the grunt's order for it to use Fire Punch. The grunt hoped it would be effective on the part-steel type. The bear's fist struck Aron before it had the chance to take Ursaring down. However, Aron was part-rock type also, causing the move to be not super-effective while not necessarily being ineffective. The grunt got what he wanted nonetheless, he was able to damage Aron and stop the charge without his Ursaring getting hurt.

The same grunt ordered Ursaring to use Seismic Toss again and this time, it lifted Aron up and smashed it to the floor with much effort. The move left the bear exhausted and the Aron weak. Nevertheless, Aron did get back up on its feet, facing the bear with much determination.

In a sudden rush of adrenaline, the Aron acted without hearing out what its master ordered, using Superpower on the exhausted Ursaring. It charged at the bear and hit it with tremendous power, causing it to fly away a good distance before crashing into the wall of the room, causing a crack to appear on the same wall before falling to the ground. The move was super effective! However, using the move caused Aron to lose one stage in both his defense and attack attributes.

The two weakened Pokemon had a long stare before Katsu ordered Aron to make the next move, telling it to use Aerial Ace, the fastest move it knew. The Pokemon acted swiftly despite exhaustion, as the move itself was swift. Striking the Ursaring before the grunt gave orders, Aron managed to damage the bear even further! The grunt told the bear to use Slash on Aron. The move struck the steel-rock type Pokemon hard. Thankfully, Aron was resistant to normal type moves at a good 1/4! Surviving the attack with barely a scratch, Aron awaited orders.

Katsu ordered for it to use another Aerial Ace, this time it struck Ursaring and successfully knocked it out. Grinning at the victory, Katsu decided to give Aron a short break before continuing to fight the other two grunts with Aron.
------------------------------------------------------------
After a nice hour break, Aron was back at 100% with all the potions and berries it received in the time it rested. Katsu decided it was about time he faced the other two grunts. Getting back to the Liberty Tower, the boss reached the same room where he called out his Aron and waited for the other two grunts to arrive from their breaks. Soon enough, the two arrived, Pokeballs already in hand. Seeing the waiting, impatient Aron, one of the grunts stepped forward and decided to give it a go.

The grunt threw his one and only Pokeball in the air and out came a Weavile. The Pokemon landed on the floor with little to no impact, as it was considerably light and a foot smaller compared to the Aron before it. Unlike last time, Aron had the size advantage this time. However, this meant Weavile was also considerably faster. Upon hearing its orders, Weavile was quick to act, using Ice Shard as ordered, way before Katsu got the chance to say a word. The grunt was quick in his words and Weavile in its feet! Helpless like last time, Katsu watched as Weavile swiftly used the priority move, allowing it to move much faster than Aron.

The Weavile raised its hand up and small shards of ice appeared between its claws. Waving its arm swiftly, it sent numerous such shards flying at Aron at high speeds. Unable to act quickly enough, the shards struck Aron and damaged it. Luckily for the bigger Pokemon, it was resistant to Ice types! Having a nice bunch of types its resistant to, Aron did have its share of advantages over many Pokemon. However, speed was also a factor.

Isao Katsu ordered Aron to use Take Down on Weavile. However, as Aron was charging at the foe, Weavile used Ice Punch! It quickly leaped to Aron's backside and punched the bigger Pokemon, avoiding its attack and damaging it in one swift maneuver. That caused the Aron to quickly turn around, sending Weavile back a few feet. Muttering angrily, Aron charged again. This time, it hit Weavile with Take Down, bringing the smaller Pokemon to the ground and Aron standing over it. Grinning at the advantage he had over the grunt, Katsu ordered Aron to use Headbutt on the smaller Pokemon.

Trying once, Aron attempted to smash his head onto Weavile's. However, the quicker beast avoided the headbutt, causing Aron to smash its head onto the floor. Annoyed, Aron tried over and over again but ended up smashing its head to the floor each time, the Weavile being too swift. Giving one angry roar, Aron tried for the eleventh time, this time nailing Weavile in the head. Angry now, Aron tried again but failed once more. And again. And again. Frustrated, Aron angrily placed its heavy hand on Weavile and heaved it across the room.

Roaring like an angry Dinosaur, Aron charged again but was stopped in itss tracks by Wevile's attack "Icy Wind", ordered by the grunt. The maneuver sent an almost solid wind at Aron, that damaged it and stopped it in its tracks, not allowing it to take another step. Damaged but still healthy, Aron stamped on the ground, annoyed. Katsu muttered under his breath as well before ordering Aron to calm down.

After a short while of thinking, the Boss ordered Aron to use Mud-Slap, a mid-range attack that could hurt Weavile without risking getting blindsided. Aron did as told, turning around and kicking, sending balls of mud at Weavile out of nowhere. The swift Pokemon avoided everything and rushed towards Aron with another Ice-Punch. Despite its agility, it did have its limits and could not instantly teleport. This gave Aron enough time to use Iron Defense as Katsu ordered it to.

Using said maneuver, Aron managed to raise its already high defense to the point where the Ice Punch did not hurt all that much. Grinning, Katsu ordered for a second Iron Defense. And a third. A frustrated Weavile kept striking the Aron over and over again but as its defense grew higher, the Ice Punch got more and more useless.

The tactic turned the tables, and now, Aron had the mental lead. Weavile was frustrated to the point where it disobeyed the grunt's orders and used all sorts of desperate moves to try and get Aron hurt. However, this only left the Pokemon wide open. Grinning at his success, Katsu ordered Aron to use Superpower on the Weavile. Obeying obediently, Aron struck the open Weavile with Superpower, sending it flying a good few feet away, crashing it into the wall like he did the Ursaring.

Just like last time, Weavile too got back on its feet. Definitely hurt but not all done just yet, it was a tough Pokemon! The grunt gave Weavile a silent order. Charging at Aron, Weavile's claws glowed brownish this time. Puzzled, Aron looked on as Weavile raised its claws and struck Aron square in the face before Katsu got the time to react, catching them by surprise by using a Brick Break!

Astonished, Katsu took a step back. Not having expected a Brick Break from a Weavile, Katsu clapped his hands a couple of times in appreciation of the effort put in to his Pokemon by the grunt. Proud of being the Boss of Society of Liberty, Katsu ordered his beast back to its feet. Aron did as told. Weak but, like Weavile, just not done yet.

It was all the raise in his defense that kept Aron conscious after that Brick Break. Realizing that, Katsu sighed with much relief once again, this time deciding to get serious with the grunt. Ordering an Aerial Ace from his Aron as fast as he could, Katsu anticipated Aron to move much quickly than it usually did, as Aerial Ace was a quick move in itself. As expected, Aron moved much faster than usual and struck Weavile hard enough to knock it out.

Returning the exhausted Aron back into its Pokeball, Isao Katsu asked the grunts to take another break and ordered only the last one to return after half an hour, in which time Katsu would take a break himself.

With that he left the tower for a second time to get some air.

---------------------------------------------

Returning after forty minutes, Isao Katsu the Boss of Society of Liberty was proud to see that the grunt was already waiting for him. After an exchange of remarks on how late the boss was, the two soon got to the point. Standing at opposite ends of the same room Katsu fought the other two grunts with his Aron, the grunt and Katsu threw their Pokeballs in the air.

Out of Katsu's came Dino, Katsu's Aron and the star training Pokemon of the day. Out of the grunt's came a Metang. The Steel / Psychic type did not land on the floor. It used Magnet Rise immediately to keep from landing on the ground. Had it landed, it would have surely caused some damage seeing that it was twice as heavy as the already heavy abnormal Aron before it. After a long stare down, the two Pokemon were ready to fight as they awaited orders.

The grunt was the first to give out orders. She ordered the Metang to use Psychic on the Aron. Glowing a pinkish outline, Metang's eyes glowed pink as well as it focused. Aron was soon covered in the same pink outline and lifted off the air. Startled, Aron looked on helplessly as Metang lifted the Pokemon without laying a finger on it. Looking below, Aron was clueless as to what was happening. Unable to attack, Aron tried fruitlessly to break free. Annoyed, Katsu was helpless like the last two times. Cursing under his breath, Katsu could do nothing at all as Metang, in a sudden rush of psychical energy, sent Aron flying to the same wall Aron sent Ursaring and Weavile to with his Superpower maneuver. Crashing into the wall and falling to the ground, Aron soon got back up on its feet and obeyed Katsu's orders by using Iron Defense numerous times while waiting for Metang to make a move.

Soon enough, the female grunt ordered her Metan to use Take Down on the Aron, much like how Aron used the same move on its former opponents. Letting its "arms" hand behind its back, Metang rushed at Aron with great speed and hit it hard enough for it to go a few feet back. Its Iron Defense helped it stay on its feet and keep from smashing back on the wall. Getting a grip on the floor, Aron stayed firm but was unable to move before Metang rushed at it with a Metal Claw, obeying its mistress, much like how Aron used the same move to escape from Ursaring's first Seismic Toss. Much irony involved. If you get the pun ahahaha! Anyway, Metang struck Aron once again, but the incredible defense managed to keep Aron conscious and no where near done.

Frustrated, Metang acted on its own without its grunt commanding it. It used Bullet Punch to act before Aron did, and struck the same Pokemon once again but to cause little to no damage. Annoyed, Metang backed off to hear out some orders. Using the time to give out his own orders, Katsu made the Aron use Metal Claw. Doing just that, Aron struck Metang in the face but the opposing Pokemon was not affected much by the attack. Turns out Metang is resistant to steel types moves! Caught in a rock in a hard place, Katsu desperately ordered for Aron to make another move, Mud Slap.

Aron turned around and out of nowhere, started to kick balls of mud at Metang, who with its Magnet rise, avoided the ground type attacks! Realizing how helpless he was once again, Katsu took a startled step back. His Aron was too easy of an opponent for the opposing Metang. I could beat this one with either of my other Pokemon! The boss said to himself in his mind in a frustrated fashion as he decided to think of a plan.

He had to get Metang to the ground!

That way he could use Mud Slap and other awesome maneuvers on the Pokemon! Figuring out a way to do this, Boss ordered Aron to keep using Iron Defense while he thought of a plan. Doing as told, Aron stood in place, using Iron Defense ove and over again. The annoyed grunt ordered her Metang to use Scary Face in an attempt to paralyze the Aron and keep it from raising its defense any higher. The Metang obeyed its orders and successfully paralyzed Aron in the same fashion Ursaring did.

Annoyed, Aron was unable to move once again! And Just as Katsu thought of a plan. Frustrated, Boss balled his fists and clenched his teeth as the grunt ordered Metang to use Brick Break on Aron. Knowing this will not be ending very well for Aron unless it got out of the way, Katsu decided to do anything possible to stop Metang. Ordering for his Aron to use Roar, Katsu shut his ears tight with his hands. The abnormal Aron roared mightily and loud as heck! The maneuver was successful as it startled Metang, stopping it before it reached Aron. However, the Pokemon was still paralyzed and could not really move. Realizing that his solution was only temporary, Katsu muttered under his breath as Metang charged again.

This time, Metang connected with the Brick Break, hurting Aron with the same move it got hurt with in its previous battle, the one with Weavile. However, the shock of the impact freed Aron from its paralysis, allowing it to move! Taking advantage of the close range Metang, Katsu quickly ordered for Aron to use Take Down to bring it's opponent to the ground. Doing as told, Aron raised its front legs and placed them on Metang before leaping forward, attempting to bring it to the floor and negate its move "Magnet Rise". However, Metang was quite heavy itself and did not fall immediately. That did not change the fact that Aron was kind of heavy itself. The weight caused Metang to lower overtime and eventually reach a fairly low altitude. Aron then leaped forward, bringing its foe to the ground and landing on top of it.

Following the next set of orders, Aron jumped to Metang's other side and used Mud-Slap on the Pokemon. Being a super effective move, the maneuver did some if not massive damage to the opposing Metang. Roaring in its own way, Metang turned around on the ground, now facing Aron's back. Acting as quickly as it could, Aron dropped the Mud-Slap chain and turned around to face Metang.

However, by the time it did that, the grunt had ordered for Metang to use Iron Head, and it had done just that. Just as Aron turned, Metang's face banged into Aron's, filling the room with the sound of metal clashing. The maneuver left Aron and Metang both dazed, but Aron hurt more than the other Pokemon. Despite that, Aron was resistant to steel types as well and was not yet in critical condition, although definitely near. Taking advantage of the range once again, Katsu decided to put it all in one move.

He ordered Aron to use Superpower!

Dino the Aron leaped at the already close Metang and smashed its rock hard head into the foe with all its might, attempting to knock out the Metang in that one move. As soon as it connected, the sound of metal clanging filled the room once again and the two remained in the air in that position for a second before Aron pulled its head back in a dazed manner and Metang did the same thing while raising its arms in shock. And just like that, Aron fell to the floor lying on all fours spread, almost unconscious, and Metang on the floor in front of it, its arms spread wide and eyes shut.

Against all odds, Metang opened its eyes and leaped up into the air above Aron upon hearing an order to use Brick Break. Katsu looked on in startled fashion as Metang raised one of its arms and the same arm glowed brown. It then brought the arm down on the lying Aron with tremendous force and banged Aron right on the back, cracking the floor beneath the Pokemon and causing the same Pokemon to roar loudly in pain, filling the room with noise, this time that of the metallic beast's distress call. Shocked, Katsu realized that there was no way Aron could get back on its feet. Luckily for his pride, Metang collapsed soon after delivering the move and both Pokemon lay on the floor unconscious.

Sighing at the pain he put his Pokemon through, Katsu returned Dino back into its Pokeball.

"You. Be here in another four hours, I wish to train Gyarados and Gabite. Inform the other two to do the same. Nice battle. Tell them that too."

Boss muttered as he turned around and walked out the door.
