Effect: Takes 1/2 of the opposing Pokemon's health and heals the user, the user must recharge for one turn

Description: The Pokemon charges a ball of bright green light from either their mouth or hands, the Pokemon then fires the ball at the opposing Pokemon. When the attack makes contact the ball will explode and the opposing Pokemon will become wrapping in green vines. Energy is then drained from the opposing Pokemon to your own.

Ok, im no mod but i can tell you this move is waaaaay OP. no move in the pokemon world deals so much set damage, i mean, deals a set 3/4 damage and heals the user? the best damge dealing and healing move, with just 75 power and healing HALF the damage done. also, you contradict yourself. first you say it deals 3/4 of the enemy's full hp then its just 80 power. the last option is still maybe a bit OP, the the first one is just ridiculus
