Personality:
Rowan is a very calm person normally. But when it comes to pokemon he can be rather eccentric especially when it comes to seeing a new pokemon or a pokemon evolving. He loves learning about pokemon and hearing about pokemon adventures and battles. This love for pokemon knowledge has caused Rowan to enjoy many a beautiful sunny day with castform by his side righting in a notebook about pokemon and people he has met.

Just because Rowan enjoys the quieter aspects of being a trainer doesn't mean he doesn't enjoy a good contest or battle. Quite the contrary he loves being in and watching battles and contests. Especially if he had a hand in raising the pokemon in them.

History:
Rowan grew up in Lavaridge Town in the Hoenn Region with his parents who were medical practitioners for both humans and pokemon at the pokecenter in Lavaridge. As Rowan grew up he got to see all sorts of trainers with all sorts of pokemon pass through the town, to challenge the gym leader or to get ready to pass through the desert to get to the pokemon contest in Fallarbor Town. He would pester trainers to find out about their journeys when he was little. With every story he got out of a trainer his excitement for his tenth birthday grew.

Shortly after his nineth birthday thou he decided he wanted to be a breeder after finding an injured Wurmple and nursing it back to health. The week before his tenth birthday he told his dad that he had decided that he wasn't going to be ready to start his journey yet cause if he was going to be a trainer he was going to be the best breeder he could be was going to need to learn more about all sorts of pokemon, and he wasnt going to learn that in that little town on the volcano.

He can still remember his father's expression and what he said to Rowan when he told him he wasn't ready to start his journey. His father smiled and said he was proud of Rowan's wisdom in that judgement. The next week when his birthday came he woke up to a Castform bouncing on him with his mom and dad saying they were going to send him to his uncle's pokemon ranch for raising pokemon and caring for them outside of Floaroma Town where he stayed and learned more about and caring for pokemon until today
