Name: Reikechi Yugami
Nickname: Rei
Age: 14
Gender: Male
Rank: Aura Trainer, Wind Elementalist
Birthplace: Mahogany Town, Johto
Battle Style: Stay out of range, and then try to attack quickly.
Looks:
Personality: Reikechi is very calm and pationt; though, when he is speaking, he is usually straight to the point. He has an honest nature so strong, that even when a lie seems like it would save his life isn't possible.  He doesn't always talk, afraid of offending people without meaning to or even knowing he did. He has a low tolerance for liars, and once a fib is told, it is usually hard to get his trust. Of course, Seikechi can handle humor. A joke or anything, it is not a question of tolerance.
History: Reikechi had been born into a family with an aura trainer for his father and his older sister. Discipline was completely natural to learn. His some was small, and his own room had a bunk bed, which he shared with shared with his older sibbling. While having a father as an aura trainer, being trained was no question. He was also taught to survive in the wilderness.

His father had taken to the center of a thick forest and left him, merely telling him he'd be back in a week. It seemed that, while his father was not in any way abusive, he did not have any emotional attachment to him.

The presence of Pokémon in the woods was not new to him, as there had always been at his home. The difference was the fact that these were pokemon he had not seen. He had never met any hostile pokemon at his home. He had been given only a few supplies to help him as he tried to survive the week. It was a simple tent. Enough to shelter from possible rain, at least. He had also been given an empty pokeball for a reason he could not identify. He then had a water flask to use.

Logically, the first thing he was to do was find water. He reasoned that humans can survive weeks on water alone. He followed a grazing stantler herd in order to achieve that objective. That was the only thing he did on the first day, as it took long for his father to even bring him into the woods. Rather than setting up camp, he found laying in the soft grass and soil much more appealing.

The next day, Reikechi made it a point to explore his temporary home. He found the location of an assortmant of berry bushes, which he is familiar with most of. There were also quite a few landmarks that could be used to navigate, such as a wide, burned tree. They were mostly temporary markers, but they wouldn't disappear in a single week.

While exploring, he came to a ridge where he encountered a herd of Donphan. Being curious, he walked up to them, naïve to think they would be completely okay with his presence. As soon as Rei got too close, a Donphan had already taken the offensive. Before he could turn and run, the Donphan charged at him with its infamous rollout attack. It landed a successful full-body attack, which caused Reikechi to be thrown back. He tripped over the edge of the cliff and fell.

When he fell, he felt as if falling in slow motion, thinking it was death's way of tormenting his last moments. He didn't realize right away that his fall really was being slowed. The wind under him seemed to have become suddenly so strong.

Almost as soon as he noticed the swinds, the supporting wind died away. He was left to fall many kilometers. He could only watch as the ground became closer, helpless against the great force of gravity. He closed his eyes, wishing the crisis away.

His fall had ended more quickly than predicted. There had not been pain from the landing. A pokemon had saved him. It was a Kazesa. The Kazesa had taken Rei to safety away from the Donphan whom attacked him. Reikechi took no offense. Humans were probably uncommon, and they were likely to be, by majority, poachers.

The physical and mental strain of the day had left him unable to do anything more. He was simply too tired and needed to rest. As he was falling asleep, he was subconsciously aware of Kazesa's presence.
Kazesa had not been there when he woke up. On the ground, that pokeball his father had given him was laying. The ball was no longer empty. He could sense the pokemon inside it, Kazesa. It was decided that the two of them would be partners.

The following day, he chose to devote himself to his training. Each part of his training, he did it under the watchful eyes of Kazesa. The week had ended apparentloy sooner than expected. His father came to bring him back in the middle of his training. He seemed to take offense to the fact that Reikechi had already gotten a partner. He told rei it wasn't the "proper partner" for an aura trainer. It ended quickly with Rei saying Kazesa had saved his life. He also reasoned that it had done the capture process on its own. His father had not yet even found a pokemon to call a pokemon, and Reikechi felt that may be a reason for his offense.

Home from the Wilderness Trial, as Rei calls it, he noticed there would frequently be some strange wind about him. It had happened to him while he was in the woods, but did not take notice. Now, even when inside his home, there would be times when it seemed a wind had been summoned to him. His other family did not find it odd at all, or simply ignored it for some reason. The pulsing winds seemed to happen more often every month. It seemed that at least Kazesa had noticed, for each time the wind had blown, she would look at him.

It then seemed to become stronger gusts of wind. His father had at least started to become suspicious at this point. Reikechi was becoming aware that he was the source of the winds, though he had no idea how. Then, as Rei had been dining with his family, it happened once more, the strongest yet. It caused many of the glass cups to fall off the table and shatter on the floor. Almost as a reflex, his father was upon him.

He was on the offensived. He dragged Reikechi out of the house, and from that point, he was considered kicked out. The only reason he remembers is about something with him doing sorcery.  It wasn't long before Kazesa either took the liberty to leave, or she had also been kicked out.

Back on his own, Reikechi decided he wanted to return to the woods and stay there for its haven feeling. Unexpectedly,Kazesa had lifted Rei and took him straight to the forest.

He found the woods to be more peaceful, and it was an easy place for him to think. What Reikechi did not know was that his mother had been born in a line of elementalists she had not been able to show power fo show. Reikechi is the first wind elementalist in many generations.

He could feel some control, though. As he knew more about his apparent ability to cause wind, it stopped happening at inappropriate times. Over time, he learned he could actually use wind magic skills. He had not complete control over the skin, but he at least had the ability to use it. Just what would it be useful for?
