The First Move: Ice Punch

Hakudoshi was busy attempting to find a Move Tutor in Vermillion City. He had his beloved Ralts in his arms and he was intending for her to learn every move she possibly could know so that she could have an excellent arsenal of moves.

A house loomed into view as a sign hung outside.

'The Move Tutor'

The silhouette of a figure could be seen against the misty window and the shadow moved as did the figure.

Hakudoshi found a house with the conveniently placed sign sitting out front and smirked to himself in excitement as he wandered to the door. He opened the door and went inside, looking around the place. "Hello? Is there anyone here?" he said out loud as he waited for a response. He kept himself polite because he didn't want to risk being turned away by the Move Tutor due to him being disrespectful.

A figure appeared. It was a young boy, barely twenty years of age. "Yes? May I help you?" Evidently surprised, he held his own and invited him to sit down, himself settling on a large sofa.

Hakudoshi took the invitation and sat down in the indicated chair. His precious Ralts laid back on his shoulder in a snobbish, unconcerned manner. "My name is Hakudoshi, and this is my partner Karei. I studied up on what moves her species can learn and I would like her to learn Ice Punch" he said to the Move Tutor as he affectionately caressed his childhood friend's head, the Ralts happily shouting her name as she leaned into his touch.

"Of course of course." Nodding his head, he agreed to help. "Alright, let's head out." Getting up, he strode out to a lonely place.

Hakudoshi stood up, his precious Ralts sitting on his shoulder, and decided to leave the Move Tutor's house.
