Purpose: Pokemon who hold this can make all enemy Pokemon confused.
Looks:It is a white gong with a blue holder.It comes with a blue stick with a black top.When it is activated a white target appears on the foe or foes.If there is multiple foes a blue target goes on the other foe.It's center has a black marking of arceus,to honor him.

Anything else:If slowbro holds it,He becomes confused too.

It seems a little OP. Perhaps if it confused everything, even the user, so it would be a fair gamble.

But it's not fair elsewhere... I say no, I'll leave up to a different Admin or Mod to determine ifits approved or not if you don't want to change it.

Hmm... Perhaps you should make it so that the gong only works if the foe is trying to Confuse the Pokemon holding it. I think that'd make it more fair game.
