//Aeon : As Time Passes (Episode 1)

Aeon, the relatively young trainer, sat down on the warm chair and let out a loud sigh. His blonde hair fell just above his eyes and the two black streaks of hair fell just into the view of his right eye. Then, just as quickly as he settled into the chair, although he couldn't stand it, he had to get up and go out into the freezing air. As he stepped out he felt the cold night cover him and the loud chatter of people coming from the amusement park was actually quite welcoming. The ferris wheel in the distance boasted its brilliant lights and galore as it slowly spun. A rustle came from inside the house, and a quiet yawn was let out. Aeon turned around to find his trusty partner, Litwick, standing at the foot of the door. Its flame slightly decreased as it walked out side and it shuddered.

Aeon smiled and picked up the friendly pokemon. It cuddled with Aeon, making its flame smaller so that he wouldn't burn. Both of them were warm in each other's embrace; both of them felt home.

Aeon walked along with Litwick by his side as they made their way to Nimbassa City's Amusement Park. It was late, so the buses didn't run and they had to just walk. They killed time by pointing out berries and naming the places they've been. Their laughs echoed into the dark road and the trees seemed to dance with the happy thoughts Aeon and Litwick emitted. "I love you Litwick!" Aeon exclaimed. Litwick smiled in approval. Then, a rustle came from a forest tree next to them... They both stared up at the odd leaves and wondered what was going on.

The rustling stopped, followed by a short pause. A pair of eyes stared intently at the two, peering out from between the leaves. It was obviously some sort of pokemon, but it was impossible to make out anything except the black, pearly eyes. These eyes had the slightest hint of malice in them; the slightest hint of madness and murderous intent. Today, these two happy-go-lucky simpeltons finally showed an opening. Today would be the day the pokemon would get its revenge for what they did so long ago. The pokemon's memory wasn't that sharp, so it didn't remember what exactly they did, or if it was even them that did it, but this bloodthirst must be sated. Unleashing a primal roar from the deepest reaches of its being, the Pidgey swooped down from the tree like a dive bomber and delivered a precision strike on Aoen's shoulder, immediately followed by Peck against Litwick.

"What the hell?" Aeon yelled as the Pidgey hit his shoulder and knocked him down. Litwick quickly dodged the Pokemon as it tried to use peck. Aeon, getting up quickly from his fall, shouted an order. "Litwick, USE Confuse Ray! (Not that this Pidgey isn't already confused...)" Aeon giggled. Litwick quickly attempted to use Confuse Ray on Pidgey, and fired.

Getting zapped by the Confuse Ray, Pidgey piloted an erratic pattern in the air and decided to snap a tree like a toothpick as a display of power. Valiantly ramming the nearby oak, the Pidgey apparently miscalculated the difference in mass between the tree and itself. Ricocheting off the bark like a stray bullet, it somehow regained balance and prepared for another strafing run over Aeon.

"Litwick, USE PSYCHIC NOW!" Aeon yelled hastily. Litwick advanced on the pokemon as its eyes glowed an eerie blue color. Aeon smiled, thinking of how this is Litwick's signature move.

The psychic waves consumed Pidgey, but instead of knocking it out, they induced some sort of brain overclock instead. Pidgey's eyes glowing in a blue color of their own, the pokemon spoke in a surprisingly booming and loud human voice.

Pidgey: "Puny humans! You are only a stepping stone to my future world domination... be swept away!"

Whipping up a stronger Gust than a Pidgey should be capable of, the little pokemon sent the hurricane towards Litwick.

Surprised by the voice, and honestly quite horrified, Aeon was unable to even mumble an order and Litwick was blown back into Aeon. They both stumbled back and hit the ground with a loud thud. After all the noise, it seemed as if the world had disappeared when it was so silent. Pidgey's presence still lurked in the air, and Aeon was too scared to even move. He thought of using his cell phone to call for help, or for an explanation! 'Can Pidgeys talk? Do they normally do that?' Aeon thought to himself. Litwick got off of Aeon and attempted to use Psychic once more, apparently trying to bring out that voice again. What did Litwick know that Aeon didn't? Litwick once more advanced and its eyes glowed a blue color.

This particular Pidgey was apparently supersensitive to psychic waves. Absorbing the energy Litwick emitted like a sponge, it began to radiate a subtle blue glow. Its movements in the air grew more erratic, and it began an exclamation with a slightly insane pitch in its voice.

Pidgey: "Ahh, this power! I know everything! I can see the future! I can solve quantum equations!! I can... control their feeble peasant minds!!"

Within seconds, a number of small wild pokemon, including several Oddish, Rattata and Bellsprout began to emerge from the woods, their eyes lit with an eerie blue tint. They encircled the duo, signaling less than friendly intentions.

((How are those pokemon in Unova? Is this supposed to be a rare pokemon summoning, haha?))

Surprised once again by the Pidgey, and baffled to see such pokemon in unova, Aeon began to faint. He was only seven, and his brain wasn't able to process everything happening to him at once. Aeon fell over on his face and Litwick gasped. "Lit-Lit-Litwick! Litwick wick wick Lit! (Aeon! NO! Plese get up! Please! I think I know this Pidgey)" Litwick cried. Aeon only heard part of Litwick's cry before loosing control of his hold to the situation. As Aeon closed his eyes and passed out, Litwick proceeded to guard him and protect itself from the pokemon. It didn't know much about their batle style since they weren't native to Unova, but it was determined to protect it's trainer. Litwick quickly used protect to put a weak but substantial barrier around itself and Aeon.
