Dark Light(Open)

Michael stood atop a hill, looking out at the sea. His pawniard besides him. "If only we could get off this island." Michael said, his hands in his pockets. "If only we could though. Ah well. Come on." The trainer said, turning and walking back toward town.

As the trainer started walking back toward the town, a lillipup appeared. It wasn't feisty, and it wasn't in the mood for a battle, but it froze when it saw the trainer. It wondered if it was gonna be attacked or not.

Michael looked at the little dog pokemon, then at bisharp. "Would you like to fight?" He asked his pokemon. The little steel type looked at the potential opponent and just shook his head. "Very well. Let's just keep going then. Come on." Michael said, walking past the lillipup, letting it stay free.

The lillipup, still a little frozen, waited a few more moments to be sure that the trainer wasn't going to attack it. After it was sure, it scurried off. Another challenger approached, though this time it was a trainer. "Hello there, how are you! I know you're a trainer! Let's battle!" The person is enthusiastic, and awaits the trainer's response.

"Very well. Bisharp." Michael said, motioning to his pokemon. "Now, what are you going to do kid. Fight me with a ratata and brag about your shorts? If so, I just may knock you out as well." He said, looking at his opponent, giving off his usual glow he gave off. Intensified by the coming battle.

Trainer Pokemon:
Pikachu | Lvl 11 | Male - Alive

"Pft, ratatas are lame. I like pikachus," the trainer said, whom revealed the pikachu on his shoulder. "Who shall go first? You or I?"

"Seeing as you feel the need to ask. Pawniard, use leer, then us shadow claw. Go." Michael said, his pokemon nodded before looking at pikachu with glowing red eyes. Then running at it with dark energy formed around it's arm blades.

Trainer Pokemon:
Pikachu | Lvl 11 | Male - Alive

"Pikachu, dodge, then counter with thundershock," the trainer commanded, watching as the pikachu jumped to the side to avoid the incoming attack. Then it made a charge, and it aimed the attack at the pawniard.

"Pawniard. Try to dodge and follow up with psyco cut. Go." Michael said, resisting the urge to just blind both the pikachu and it's trainer. Michael chose to fight fair. For now. Maybe if this fight wore on for a long enough time though.

Trainer Pokemon:
Pikachu | Lvl 11 | Male - Alive

"So we're gonna play a dodging game, eh? Well, let's see what we can do about that... Pikachu, use thunder shock after the psyco cut!" The pikachu was hit by the psyco cut, then followed up with a counter of thunder shock.

The electricity made it's mark. Shocking and disorienting pawiard a little. Thankfully, it didn't appear to paralyze pawniard. "Pawniard, use psyco cut again." Michael said, sticking with what seemed to work.

Trainer Pokemon:
Pikachu | Lvl 11 | Male - Alive

"Pikachu, dodge and counter with thunder shock again," the trainer called, watching the pikachu try it's hardest to dodge and then counter. It was successfully able to dodge only some of the attack, still taking a little damage, though it didn't stop it from using thunder shock again.

Once again pawniard was shocked. Much to michael's irritation. "Pawniard, psyco cut, then shadow claw. Go." He said, pawniard just nodded and began the attack. Meanwhile, Michael released a small flash of light in the area of the pikachu and the trainer. Hopefully disorienting them.

Trainer Pokemon:
Pikachu | Lvl 11 | Male - Alive

The pikachu, even though it was temporarily impaired by the flash, moved around rapidly, as an attempt to dodge the incoming attack, if one was coming. It easily dodged the psyco cut, being quite a few feet away from the opposing pokemon, though it was no match for dodging the shadow claw that came immediately after. The trainer, after he could see, looked at the other trainer. "Hey, that isn't exactly fair," he said, knowing the other trainer was the one that caused the flash. He commanded his pikachu with anger to use thundershock twice over, meaning that the pikachu was going to charge the attack twice for double the damage. It was a little hard to maintain, but the pikachu rushed at the pawniard.
