Personality: A very calm and collected individual from the past, Neos, now known as Loki or the Phantom, has outgrown his temper by adjusting to the new world. Although it is still burning brightly, he exhibits much control. He has learned to stop being quite possessve over Luna, after spending some time away. He would still gladly defend her with his life, but he understands that he can't see everyone around her as a threat, the way he used to view her friends and allies. He has also adapted to become a master of aura. As well as that, his alter-ego, the Phantom, settles for sabatoging the dark aura trainers and stealing objects of value. He is also excellent with children and dislikes having his pokemon in pokeballs.
History: Neos, much like Luna, existed 70 years ago. As a Lunaris, he was Luna's boyfriend in her previous life. It was the day before the ceremony that would bond them as mates, that the hunters had killed him. Unlike Luna, it was supposed that Neos was supposed to remain dead. A michevious Phowar knew of Luna's past, and in an attempt to recreate the Lunaris race, traveled through time to retrive Neos. After explaining to Neos the series of foul events, he was brought to the future and met with Luna, who had little memory of him. He accepted this, but later left to find himself in this new world.

After making a name for himself, it is speculated that his last location was Kanto.
