Personality: Normally, Emil is very bubbly and confident. He can easily make friends and Be likeable. The only thing that could prevent him from doing so is his Irational fear of Water and Water Type Pokemon. When he sees one or is in a battle against one, he clams up and becomes very quiet. He also has trouble issueing decent commands when this happens, causing him to lose quite a few Battles.

History: As a Child, Emil was always fascinated by water. He was a very strong swimmer and enjoyed studying Plantlife and Pokemon which lived under the water. He studied at the Pokemon school in Johto, and always got good marks, especially in Battle exams. But one day, he was given a Powerful but badly trained Water Pokemon to use in an Exam. It refused to listen to his commands, and eventually hit him with a Hydro Pump. After waking up, Emil had become traumatised and since then never went too close to Water. Upon choosing his First Pokemon, He didn't really like any of the ones on offer in Prof. Elm's lab, and instead chose to travel with his Friend, Sunkern.
