Most Creepiest /Disturbing/Scary Boss in Video games? (Not including horror games)

Yeah no horror games, since they always have creepy bosses :P

For me.... Marx from Kirby Super Star was scary, he was really creepy with his demented laugh... but then Kirby Super Star Ultra was released... and so was... Marx Soul.

That guy is creepy, basically it's a zombie form of Marx only more stronger, more creepy and more insane!
Like at first he doesn't seem scary, but he teleports all over the place and when ever he does he lets out a super creepy demented laugh... even more demented then before. Hs attacks are strange and creepy, like splitting in half to attack you, making a black hole and planting giant cacti! But it gets creepier...
When you finally kill the thing.... he splits in half. Not like before, He splits in half and releases a bloodcurdling scream that sounds like he's being ripped apart (Which he is lol)

But... even though I only played several minutes of this game... Earthbound's final boss... Giygas.
Because of the mixed age on the site, I'm not going to say why he is creepy, disturbing and scary.
I'll tell you a little, The music sounds demented, it's not even music it's all these noises. The fact that he corrupts Pokey to be even more corrupt then before (Look what happened to him in Mother 3!) Ness, Paula, Jeff and Poo all leave their bodies and have their souls put into robots so they can travel into the past to defeat a weaker Giygas. There are even more reasons, like the Fetus theory (Again, not going to say what that is because of the mixed ages on the site) and what Giygas was based off, and his quotes.(Still not going to say)

Hmm...I'm gonna say the Skull Kid in LOZ: Majora's Mask. He has a Creepy Laugh, Moves Creepily and Acts like a Child. If an Evil creature acts like a Child, that is freaky >.>

Also, even though it isn't a boss, the Moon from MM aswell. Seriously, that thing has the Evilest grin ever. The only thing it's missing is an innocent voice

I never got a cance to play MM sadly, I wasn't a Zelda fan when I was young xD I'll have to buy it. But I've heard like The mask's incarnation theme. Sounds so creepyyy

I played it on an emulator, well, as far as the First Dungeon on an Emulator before getting bored XD

creepiest boss, well when i was younger i used to play prince of persia, the second one, and i used to always freak out when that weird shadow thing came, but that was when i was younger

Yeah, things are scarier when you're younger, Phoenix. I once had a Dream that had something to do with Mace Windu from Star Wars and Some kind of Mutant Shark Pack that scared me when i was about 5...now i lol at it XD

Also, I find Phantom Ganon to be kind of creepy in LOZ:OOT

Riley One things that freaks t he hell out of me now and I'm 16 is Ultimecia from FF 8

Mine's Sigma from Megaman games. I dunno why XD. I just get the feeling of fear when I battle him making me lose focus and interest then I change another game and only defeat him when someone is around. ^_^

Now that i think about it, Sephiroth's Transformation from Sane to Crazy was creepy aswll...he just randomly started hacking away at things XD Then he burned down a Village...cus he didn't like why he was created i think >.>

ganadorf in TP when hes a 6ft beast while on all 4's,he goes in a portal and you have to look around for him so you can knock him over and attack his stomach in wolf mode,if you dont he charges smashing crap and impales you with his horn

then theres the queen bug in TP :pale: scares the crap outta me,comes from no where shooting eletricity,its HUGE and shows every detail of a gross queen beetle

FFVII advent children, when that huge monster comes and attacks all the main characters, it looks scary

Ahh, if only we were discussing horror games, such as Calling. Great game, but a horror game. Anyways, these aren't bosses, but in The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess and Wind Waker there are those zombie things that scream at you and you freeze and they grab you... My friend thinks they're scarier in WW but I disagree: they're definitely scarier in TP.

The zombie things are also in Legend of Zelda Ocarina of time. Their annoying but not scary

Redeads scare me, an I didn't even play much Zelda..... They scared me in SSBM. They like popped out of creates randomly and i made strange moaning sounds. There are Redead Knights in TP, those look scaryyy.

Bongo Bongo is scary.... severed hands and a severed head.

No I swear, redeads had to do with the storyline of OOT. The zombies in TP and WW just looked like them.

Something that I've fought since my last visit to this old thread is the Dead Hand in Ocarina of Time. That thing is so freaking screwed up, I don't even know where to start. In fact, if you don't know what it is you should just Google it.

Also, while it's not really a boss and may not seem scary to everyone, Minecraft enemies. If you're playing Minecraft and you're mining something or buried in some deep cave somewhere and you turn around and see an Enderman, you're likely to mess your pantaloons. Endermen especially, but it applies to all monsters, really.

Yeah, Dead Hand realllly creeps me out. I've played OOT, too, and it's probably the most jacked up thing in the game. But as for my addition, I'd like to describe Matt Helms.
Matt is a psychotic, bulky, axe-weilding pyromaniac that sounds like an insane little kid (not to mention, he LAUGHS like one too). That is pretty messed up as it is, but he has an utterly morbid backstory that I feel I shouldn't mention. Nightmare is another mention-worthy subject. Originally appearing in Metroid Fusion, it was already pre-tty unsettling. But with the release of Other M, it returns and the scare-o-meter's level triples. Not only does it retain the slimy, hideous face, but the evolution from GBA to Wii greatly increases the realism of the slime texture. By that I mean it looks disgusting. And thanks to the new screeching noises it makes and its flapping mouth... Ew.

That last boss on Castlevania: Aria of Sorrow: The Mobile Game. That huge red demonic big skull just looks creepy and the music is horrible creepy plus am playing it during midnight. Yeah, am afraid of something after all :P

Oh and yeah, HELL YEAH, Psycho freaking Mantis from Metal Gear. Dang freak made me stop playing the game cuz no matter how hard I try to fight, I mess up. Plus he's just creepy. :\

Also, Manfred von Karma on Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney. Am not afraid of prosecutors and defense attorneys, go file a lawsuit against me Imma smile at the courtroom and herp-derp around. But for some reason, among all Prosecutors, somehow, am afraid of von Karma in a way unknown.

Also, the possessed Prince Lyon on Fire Emblem: The Sacred Stones. The speech and the dark look's creepy. Good it is I have Seth, the Chuck Norris of Fire Emblem: The Sacred Stones.

Last one, EMERALD ELITE FOUR. Thank God there's the Guardian Ange... Gameshark. :3
