JD has short, dirty blonde hair that is spiked messily. He has cold, grey eyes. He wears sunglasses and a baseball cap. Most often, he can be found in jeans and a t-shirt. He is of average height for his age and average weight. Despite the fact he never worked out, he has a small bit of lean muscle on his body.

Personality: JD is a rather shy young boy. He has always had trouble making a lot of friends, but he does have a few close ones. However, even if there are people that he doesn't particularly like, he will always be polite and kind to them. He's generally a helpful young boy. People tend to like him and want him around, even though he doesn't enjoy large groups. He's not the best at battling and making strategies, so it is doubtful that he will ever become the great trainer everyone expects.

History: Jason Daniel Williams is the only child of Icarus Williams. His father was a great trainer that had almost won the championship a number of times, but never went the distance. JD's father expects him to become a Pokemon master. Growing up, all young JD wanted to do was make his father proud. However, JD never had the ambition to follow in his father's footsteps, which is why he is getting a later start than most on his journey.

JD is a momma's boy, through and through. His mother coddled him, which is one of the reasons he never had the ambition to leave Littleroot Town. It had all he ever wanted. He enjoyed the peace and quiet of the small town, but it was never too quiet or lonely. He never even went camping or left his mother's presence for more than a day, so going on a journey will be difficult.

Growing up, JD was given everything he ever wanted. He was constantly told stories about his father's great battles (which he always ignored). He always made friends with some of the local Pokemon, but he never had any wish to fight them.
