Power: (default) 45 (depending on the enemy's speed, it differs: High speed enemy max = 30, Low speed enemy max = 60)

Please fix the target. It is simple. We want to know what number of pokemon it hits, ie, single, double/triple, all.


If the power varies, please give a lower base power, along with how high it can rise based upon an opponents speed stat.

Wait if she wants Mew and Mewtwo to be able to learn it then it will have to be a CTM.

Either way, take them off. Mew knows every move because it learns Metronome. Mewtwo is a clone but doesn't know Metronome.

That's overpowered for being able to hit 1 to 5 times. I'd say either lower the amount of times it can hit, or lower the power.

Is that low enough or do you want me to go lower?
