Wouldn't a better way to write this be to have the effect be "Makes the opponent flinch" and the accuracy be 50%?

But moves like Tri- Attack have 100% accuracy and a certain percentage of chance for status problems. So basically it means the move always hits (unless acuracy is lowered) but the Pokemon doesn't always flinch.

This move is overpowered. Its accuracy can't be 100 with power of 120.
Also, it needs a CTM number. Check the list and pick a number with nothing assigned to it.

Ok, I guess that's alright (mainly due to the low number of Pokemon who can learn it.)

Approved.
