History: Bolton was born to Arvin and Alexia Garvick, who met in Driftveil City, before moving to Bolton's hometown of Mistralton City. At the age of 13, later than the usual trainers, his parents deemed him ready and took him to the elders. The elders gave him two Emolgas and he soon caught a third. He has come back and now goes out occasionally to train his Emolgas.
