Hmm, any I suppose, but naturally found in Shinnoh.

So the entire evolutionary line can't learn any TM or HM other than Fly? Also, I'm not sure we should be able to create starters.

P.S. Not that this matters, but it seems like Chatter is sort of Chatot's trademark move... I'm not saying you should change it but still, what do you think?
