Teresa is considered by The Organization as one of the most ruthless and uncaring agents they possess.Teresa is often seen as a blase agent that will take whatever assignment that is given to her. It is said that she has nerves of steel and never backs down from a fight. Her icy demeanor unnerves most anyone around her. She has a dry sense of humor and finds things that generally would disturb anyone amusing.

However, despite her initial violent nature, she does possess a kind and caring side. She has a unique maternal instinct that she would never admit to herself. If she ever found someone to be a mother to, she would be fiercely protective to the point of giving her own life. But due to the trauma of training as an agent of the organization she has become emotionally stunted.

She use forceful attack to distract the enemy, while planning moves to overwhelm them and finish the battle as quickly as possible.  

Past Experience / History:
Much is unknown about her early life due to the trauma of training as an agent of The Organization. She often dreams of her early life, either real or imagined. She further dreams of betrayal, being sold to the Organization by those she trusted. Her choice was "to die a beggar or become a tool of the Organization" When her training began Teresa often tried to escape. The Organization labeled her a problem child. However, despite her problem child status, Teresa was considered one of the most promising trainees.According to her future handler, Ermita, she possessed incredible raw ability and could easily out rank every current operative.

With her training finally complete, Teresa was promoted to the number one position within the Organization. Her assignments were dangerous and daring. It was on one of these dangerous missions that she encountered Noel. A slight girl with red hair and skin of porcelain. Teresa's assignment was to bring the number four agent in for questioning, using force if necessary. Teresa had tracked down Gabriel, the number four operative, but he had been expecting her. He had taken a young girl hostage, a slight girl with red hair and skin of porcelain. Teresa sprung into action and was able to save the small girl and bring in Gabriel.

After the capture of number four and the rendezvous with the transport party who was to take Gabriel in, Teresa realized that she was being followed. The young girl that she had saved was there, following her every move. Teresa soon found out that she was an orphan. However, the number one operative wanted nothing to do with the small child. No matter how many times Teresa kick the girl away or openly mock her, she kept following. By this time the duo had almost made it to the summit of a great mountain. It was then that Noel fell, over a sheer cliff that would surely kill her. Teresa, out of pure instinct, grabbed her in time and was able to pull her to safety. But the agent had injured her arm while doing this, she now sported a deep laceration on her arm.

Noel with so little concern for her own safety, or the fact that she had almost died, wept and questioned Teresa if she was hurting. Teresa, who had lost the ability to feel physical pain long ago, was so moved that she dropped to her knees and embraced the small child and wept with her. Though she would never admit it to anyone she had grown fond of the girl.

And so the two traveled for months together completing Teresa's missions. They were happy with one another. Unfortunately, happiness had a way of fleeting around Teresa. Roxanne, who was the former number one agent of The Organization and was usurped by Teresa, was furious. So while Teresa was finishing one of her assignments, Roxanne stole into her room where Noel patiently waited. When Teresa returned, her sweet and innocent Noel, had been tortured and slaughtered.

Teresa was heartbroken. She swore to gain revenge on Roxanne, who had left her famous calling card of a dual colored heart behind. Roxanne of Love and Hate would die by Teresa's hand. The Organization, having heard of the incident and not desiring to incur Teresa's wrath, offered her any pokemon she wanted. They also gave her the freedom of hunting Roxanne down and delivering whatever punishment she felt necessary. And so, Teresa of the Faint Smile began her mission of tracking Roxanne down and bringing her to justice.
