Please check these out for Help and Advice

Hey guys Mark here, I haven't been as active as I'd have like to have been over the last fortnight but, that because I've started to become more active on YouTube through my new channels or at least for now my main one. It will have some laughs soon when I can do the challenges but, for now please check it out and subscribe for my 'Life' series' videos as they are going to be getting uploaded every 2-3 days with different topics and tips/advice on how to deal with them.

Just trying to reach out and help as many people as I can so please stop by, currently have the first video up on Stress but, within the next few hours the second video will be going up on Bullying; I also have a long list of other topics I will be covering from personal experience whether it's the disabled (Brother has Downs Syndrome and friend has a spinal problem) or work or even depression/suicide. I am just trying to help make peoples live a bit better so, please check the videos out, subscribe, tell friends and spread the word about them so, that I can help as many people as I can before they do something they regret due to being unable to cope with one of the topics. The more people who subscribe the easier I will be able to be seen and the more people I can help so please sub.
