Rygu, Allias "The Rogue" Set his first foot in Violet city. He walked on the grey, stone streets, looking for his lunch. "Who am I? I will prove the world..." He mumbeld to himself. After a while, he saw a local chinese restaurent. he decided to walk in and eat his first meal of the day. He was still talking to himself after he walked in. His Trapinch, also known as "Draco" Was besides him, nudging him with his head. It was a rather sunny day, a little wind. The grass outside and the flowers in the pot's were more beautifull then ever. He ordered a portion of Dumplings, after a long time of looking at the menu, and started looking at his Sais. "Where do they come from... I have had them as long as I remember.." In a flash he saw a dark building, he heard screams, two people strapped to machines, and a man secretly tossing him a pair of Sais. But his amnesiare-masterd him, and he forgot what had happened once again. He took out his book and started reading Harry Potter for the fifth time. Not because of his amnesia, but because he loved the book too much. Draco Nudged him with his head, so he started petting him. "One day...." He mumbled to himself as he was waiting for his lunch. "One day I will prove the world who I am"...

A young, clumsy waitress stumbled around the maze-like placed tables, trying to get the medium sized plate of dumplings safely over to the guy with the Trapinch.
But as unlucky as the waitress was, she ended up tripping because of a chair placed a little too far away from the table, which made the plate swing in the air, crashing down to the floor and splitting in several pieces with a loud, earthrobbing sound. The waitress luckily was fast enough to place her hands in front, so only her left knee was scraped a little, only leaving a little bloody scar.

A young man sitting a few tables away had received a flying dumpling, his face smothered all over by the dumplings insides.
He rose from his chair, tomato red from cheek to cheek out of anger, starting to cause a ruckus about wanting that idiotic waitress fired and money back as he now needed to get his new, blue shirt washed.
He took a little piece of the dumpling on his shoulder, throwing it on the waitress, still complaining loudly. Not even the owner, an elder, friendly-looking man, could calm down the customer; it just made the customer more upset, as he started to demand a close down of the restaurant.

Rygu instantly got up. He was still the low confidence boy who's only dream was to find who he was, but now, he was also the proud rogue raised by dragons, who had learned to fight and survive. He caught the piece of dumpling before it hit the waitress. "You ok?" He asked the woman, and not bothering to wait for a anwser, he walked towards the raging boy. He stepped in front of him, and with a deep and calm voice, but that was also full of fire, energy, and pride. "It was a accident, raging about it and acting like the little child you are wont change anything" He lookt different. His apearance was still the same, but it looked like if the tight rogue clothing who previously looked wierd suddenly fit him. His eyes full of fire complimented that, and he looked like a fully fledged rogue. Draco looked no-less different; he still looked like a big turtle, but his eyes reflected that of a true dragon, like Rygu's. "I am The Rogue, calm down now or I shall fight you!" he sais, as his Trapinch jumped in front of him. It looked like a pokemon battle was about to happen! Unless the kid was too scared.

"Get out of the way, you little weirdo!"

The man wavered his arms, still raging, but suddenly smirked confidently when the rogue-clothed kid asked for a battle.
He quickly got a pokéball from his shorts pocket, normalizing its size, before throwing it a little forward in the air, releasing a beam of light transforming itself into a Girafarig.

"Fine with me, kiddo! But YOU will pay me when I beat your ass!"

He pointed forward, as the waitress and the owner had scurried to move away some of the tables to create some space for the kid and the customer to battle, so it would hopefully end up peacefully with no more damages to the store and inventory.
Many other folks had left the restaurant or stayed by the walls, intensely watching the sudden change of events. Some of them even took pictures or started filming.

The air shimmerd with energy, Rygu's and Draco's eyes burned with energy, the battle feild was silent. The wind outside was heavy, the sun had disapeard, just as Rygu's hunger. "I am The Rogue, and no one will be bullied by a immature kid like you!" Without a single command from Rygu, thus unpredictable, Draco fired a huge beam of white and light green energy from his bouth, aiming for the ground just next to Girafarig. Rygu was predicting at his best, trying to predict how the battle would go. The custmers were filming, there were tables all over, lighting, thus electricity , a bar not too far away... Rygu knew he could make something out of that, but what?...While the light of the signal beam was making it harder then normal to see, Trapinch jumped on a table, attempting to get the highground for a very good reason. Rygu, or as he was now, "The Rogue" Could sense the things around him, all his senses where at maximum.

The Girafarig, and its trainer, was astonished by the move that a Trapinch normally didn't know. The beam was so sudden, that Girafarig had no chance to avoid it, and was therefor hit, making it whine and take a pair of steps backwards, wiggling its tailhead out of frustration. It was just as easily angered as its trainer, Josef.
Luckily the beam didn't leave the unfortunate effect of confusion, and therefor Josef didn't have to worry about Girafarig damaging itself. So he just snorted out of frustration before commanding the next order of attack.

The Girafarig nodded for a second with its second head, before jumping into the air - without hitting the roof though, trying to land on the Trapinch. Using Stomp on its head, to cause some kind of physical damage.
Though the problem could be that the table maybe would break, causing both pokémon to fall to the ground awkwardly; but that depended on luck itself.

Once again, Draco didnt need Rygu to tell him what to do. He jumped away, then tried a special tactic. He attempted exactly what the Girafarig had done; He jumped on a higher table, then from there tried to jump higher then Girafarig, but instead using a super effective attack: Bite.  He was charging straightdown using the attack "TRAAAAAAAPIIIINNNCHHHH!!!" Draco yelled. Rygu knew if this hit would land, the battle would be almost surely won. Th best part of the plan was that if Girafarig would dodge aside, Trapinch could use earthquake at the moment he landed, making for some strong damage even though not super effective.."The Rogues"'s eyes followed the battle intensly. "Never mess with The Rogue! Important life lesson!" Rygu said. "Also, id like a portion of dumplings please." He started laughing like there was no tommorow at his own plan. "That will teach him he thought."

Of course the Girafarig was quick enough to make a jump to the side, as soon as its hoves felt the ground, as a try to avoid the furious, beastly Trapinch. What it didn't see, was that the Trapinch would make the earth shake vigorously.
Girafarig lost its balance, falling to the ground, still shaken by the enormous vibrations. As foreseen, this battle was won. By Rogue and his follower, the Trapinch, Draco.
The Girafarig wouldn't have lost, if it hadn't been struck by the previous Signal Beam. But it just didn't have the stamina to withstand a strong earthquake like that, already being injured.

The young man trembled in anger, but just withdrew his pokémon, leaving with a loud scream that sounded a lot like "fuck".

"Never again cross the path of The Rogue" Rygu called at the guy as he was leaving the restorent. Rygu's confidence and apearence melted away, leaving once again the unconfident little kid who hated humanity and wanted above alll else to know who he was. The fire left his eyes, as did that of Draco's. He sat back down, very tired. Not due to the fight, as he had not done any fighting, but because of the energy it took for his more confident side to help Rygu for so long. He started seeing stars. "Draco, you did well! Here, have this!" He threw a Rare Candy as the Candy was in the air, Rygu's sight flashed red, he saw two people, with wounds and bruises all over their bodies, secretly giving him some rare Candy's. But then the red went away, Rygu's amnesia took back over, and once again, he forgot who he was. Trapinch swallowed the rare candy whole, growing one level.

(Yes, I should already have the rare Candy's, the mods just havent had the time to handle it. I just really had nothing else to post, so I had to do something)

//Trapinch is now level 14, and the trainer app has been updated.//

The elder man and clumsy waitress walked over to the boy who had saved them from a lot of trouble. They both bowed in front of the boy, calling himself The Rogue. And even though they thought that he was kind of a weirdo, they didn't want to disgrace themselves by not thanking their rescuer in need.

"Take this present as a thank you from us. It's an Onix, please do take care of him, and remember his name.. Roly Poly."

They bowed once more, before getting to the task of cleaning up. Together with the other staff, two young boys, timid yet loyal.
The elder man hadn't left The Rogue any time to accept or deny the gift, and there was now stuck with the pokéball containing a level 16 Onix.

//As we both know, the Onix is already in your trainer app, but now he is truly a part of your team. Congratulations.//

Rygu nodded towards the owner and the waitress, then left through the door. Draco jumped on his shoulder. "Why? Why did I help them? Humans have destroyed me, why did I help them?...." He talked to himself once more. "Ugh, I still didnt eat!" He decided chinese restaurents were bad luck for him, so he decided to go heal up his pokemon at the pokemon center. After doing so, he dwelled around the city, then finaly entering a clothing shop in the hopes to buy a cloak, as the winter was approaching. He looked around the shop for a rather long time. He talked to Draco, looked at the Pokeball with theOnix in it, wondering if the Onix had joined the man of free will, or had been forced like so many others had been. he was looking for a stealthy cloak, that wouldnt get him too much attention. He finaly thought he had found one when he saw that there was no hood! He looked on for a while. Eventually, Draco walked of, nosing around the jeans on the other side. Giving up on finding a cloak, he went to the other department of the store, and buying an entire new set of his rogue clothing, but in much prettier. He then walked back towards the cloak, finding a perfect one. He baught it and walked back out. He then decided to go face the gym. He went towards the gym Falkner usually trained. He suddenly realised Draco was no were near him! he went back to the shop, where he found Draco stuck in a XXL Pink bra. After a long time of trying to get Draco out, he simply cut the bra with his sais. Now the finaly enterd the Violet city gym. "I am here to challenge the gym leader, Falkner!"

The young Falkner walked into the arena, looking at a boy with a very interesting pokémon by his side. A Trapinch? This would only be good.

"Good day, challenger. My name is Falkner, and I hereby accept your challenge!"

He took out two pokéballs, showed them to the challenger, before putting one back.
He then smiled friendly, before letting his cold, professional persona take over and then threw his pokéball so the pokémon inside could be released.
A Pidgey.

"What pokémon do you choose to use, challenger?"

Now Falkner and his Pidgey just had to wait, both of them confident.

Rygu looked bad in the new cloak, like if a person was wearing a skin not made for him. He looked weak, frail and pathetic. But in his eyes, behind the layer of unconfidence, the layer of the person who wanted nothing but revenge and to know who he is, there layed a great hero with a burning passion ready to do anything for good. But there was a long journey untill the layer of fear, hatred and blindness. He looked at Falkner; "Draco?" He asked. "Traaa?" Draco replied. "Lets do this, shall we?" He said with a voice that showed unconfidence but strict determination. "TraaaaaPINCH!" Draco said. Draco then started charging straight forward towards Pidgey, but then jumped over him. Then attempting to take him by surprise, he fires a SignalBeam. But this one was different then the one he had used on the bully at the chinese restaurent: It was weaker. The one he had used at the restaurent was a straight forward powerfull beam of energy, this was just a little spear of energy. But due to major level difference, it could deal some damage as a direct hit.

Pidgey was hit by the Signal Beam, but since it wasn't very effective, and weak compared to the previous one from the restaurent fight, Pidgey bashed it wings to get higher in the air, still healthy enough to make the battle go on for a round or more still. But it had hit, so Pidgey wasn't without some minor scratches that would be an important benefactor to the outcome of this battle.

Falkner pointed out in the air with a confident gleam in his eyes, before yelling out a firm 'Gust', which made Pidgey shake its head and do fast, hard movements with its wings, causing a strong Gust to appear, heading for the Trapinch.

Rygu looked rather unconfident about the battle, and started to tremble, partially because of the intense fight, partially because if his insane amount of inner energy. Draco got hit by the full gust, but stayed on his feet. He had taken some damage, but nothing too serious. He had taken more damage then the opposing pidgey, with did worry Rygu a little.

Draco sprinted towards the Pidgey, going for a bite, but then Rygu had a insight. The Pidgey had type and height advantage, Pidgey's most powerfull attack could possible one-hit Draco! But, Draco had way more powerfull attacks, but most of those attacks where ground type. Draco was heading for the chest, in the hope to defeat Pidgey in one hit. But Rygu knew that wouldnt work. He closed his eyes, a slight orange glow surrounded him for a few seconds, then faded. But Draco had decline a little to the left. He jumped and attempted to Bite Pidgey's left wing.

The Trapinch's short legs did not give it enough leverage to jump high enough to pin the Pidgey. It gracefully swooped out of the way, its experience in previous battles shining through. It was a good aviator. The bird cooed, then catching a stray breeze, soared to heights rivaling that of the gym ceiling. It flapped it's wings hard, trying to blow up a Gust again. The small cyclone like formation, should it connect, would whip and tear at the opponent.

Draco managed to roll over when he landed, luckily dodging the heart of the attack. He was still hit by the outher cyclone but the damage was minimal, but even so little could do a great deal, as the damage started to pile up. But as it seemed Draco was no match for Pidgey, the fire in Rygu's eye came back. It wasnt a bonfire of energy like it had been in the restaurent, but it did let see the supressed second personality that had been raised by dragons. "The Rogue" Wasnt fully in control like when the bully had started yelling at the waitress back at lunchtime, but it was obvious something had changed. Rygu looked directly at the gym leader, his eyes seemingly saying "Your dead bro". And then he looked back at the battlefield. "Hm." Was all he said. "Draco?" "Traaa?" "Remember how we escaped the Rhydon in that cave back in the village?" "Trapinch!" "good. Go for it." Trapinch did a very peculiar thing; He ran towards the wall, eventually jumping against it, using Fissure. Normally Fissure was a very inacurate move, But right now it didnt matter where it went. The point was for the fissure to break part of the ceilling onto the Pidgey, While causing minimal risk to Trapinch, as he was close to the wall thus the ceiling was more solid and had less chance to fall or the two trainers as they where a decent distance away.

((Dont hesitate to tell me if I overdid it, but note that in the anime trainsers have often detsroyed the buildings or surrounding to win a battle))

(It's not overdone but I'm kinda skeptical since Fissure is a Ground type move and shouldn't affect Pidgey at all, what with being a flying type and such. But it is cleverly manipulated to sit as a Rock type...
Also, everything in here struck me similar to the game or something, but then again I never watched the anime because they god modded too much in there ^^')

Falkner didn't flinch at the look he received; he and his pokemon just silently watched the exchange. The Pidgey hovered expertly, ready to make a swift move. The Pidgey was much faster than its Ant Pit opponent. The ceiling cracked, but held fast, refusing to fall. The small brown bird gave it one fleeting, unworried glance then dive-bombed towards the Trapinch, wings folded close to its body. Just as it came to close proximity, dangerously close to its jaws, it spread its wings to pull up, blowing up a respectable amount of dust and some wind. Flapping furiously to attain some height, it soared calmly near the ceiling, looking at the dust cloud billowing around. A different but nevertheless effective Sand Attack.

Draco was smart, and as the Pidgey came close, he jumped as high as he could, using superpower, his most devastating attack. He went straight through the sand, the energy surrounding him luckily preventing accuracy loss. "Hm. I was expecting more of you Draco, especially with such a powerfull move. Remind me to train you more for the next gym." As Draco came closer to the Pidgey, he started spinning. The movement of air he created by doing so, dragged the sand into a kind of powerfull spinning stream stream, Creating a move not only with the power of Super Power, but also that protected trapinch, was very hard, and had the texture of sand paper, which could severly hurt an oponnent. "Ha, Could thinking, I think il call that move.. Sandstorm screw..." Due to the spinning projection of sand and dust creating by the pidgey then used my the trapinch, Draco had enough jumping power to attain the height of pidgey, and enough damaging power to finish breaking the ceiling if Pidgey dodged him.

(Mm, it strikes me as strange, but I suppose...inventive? Also, since the last move wasn't directly aimed at Pidgey, is it okay if this counts as its second dodge? Tell me if I need to edit it.)

The feathered foe seemed slightly alarmed, and while a few coincidentally well placed sand particles bit off a couple of Pidgeys feathers, it didn't seem too worried. They grew back. It just managed to scrape by the Trapinchs attack, obviously relying on using its superior speed to dodge about and wear the Trapinch down. It swooped to a remote corner of the gym and settled momentarily on a perch there.

Falkner gace an angry yell when the Trapinch collided with the ceiling, bringing the whole of the mid-section down, leaving a gaping hole with debris still crumbling. Pidgey gave a delighted coo; the opponent had just done it a huge favour by breaking down a barrier and providing it with more space to maneuver; to dodge; to fly. It immediately slipped past and zipped into the sky, soon lost into oblivion against the great blue. Powerful waves of air began to blow inwards as the Pidgey reappeared somewhere near the breakage and began flapping Gusts towards the Trapinch. Trapinch was obviously at a disadvantage here; while Pidgey had ample of long range moves and low speed, Pidgey was fast and maintained its distance as it attacked.

(Well, the last move actually failed, but I havent hit pidgey once since the battle begun, and a OHKO should have broken the ceiling, so its kinda 50 50, but you did doge the Bite before. Also, sorry for the shorter post)

Trapinch once again got hit from the Gust. Now seriously injured he fell on the ground. Rygu snapped. He was mad, very very mad. "RAAAAH, THIS IS ENOUGH! ' as Rygu, currently "The Rogue" Finished his sentence, Draco got back up, damaged, but not down yet. Rogue was fully confident again, he removed cloak from his shoulder, making it into a cape. He drew his Sais, spinning them arround his fingers. He then pointed one the the Pidgey and said a single word: "Go." The Trapinch fire a powerfull green beam towards the pidgey, one foot in diameter, even stronger then the one in the restaurent

(Actually, read back. The Bite did connect. Also, OHKO moves don't matter when it doesn't affect the opponent. For example, Guillotine, even if it did connect, would do nothing to a Ghost type. Same concept. The ceiling probably needs more explaining. I was envisioning it as a ceiling that could slide open to allow the bigger Flying types to come in and out; say Pidgeot or secondary flying types like say Charizard or Dragonite or something. Of course, I could be wrong.)

There was no time to dodge. The force of the Signal Beam caused it to topple to the ground, but it was up in seconds. Not only did it lack the STAB, Pidgey was resistant to the typing. Bad move to connect. It gave itself a single ruffle and took wing again. Falkner hadn't flinched the whole battle and still looked unperturbed. However, the Pidgey seemed furious, albeit not as roughed up as the Trapinch. It unleashed a second Gust. All the while, Falkner just seemed to be on stand-by, watching the battle fold out. Perhaps if the Pidgey had problems he would step in.
