Battle Style: Jack is notably calm in battle. He generally acts indifferent, bordering on arrogance, to most situations he is faced with, and rarely views his opponent as being worth his time. Jack is very perceptive, fully aware of the limits of his abilities, and anything he states in comparison to an opponent is usually justified, although he can grossly underestimate some people based on appearance (or breast size). Jack likes to end a battle as quickly as possible and wastes no time commanding his pokemon to do useless actions. Everything he states is with the one purpose of annihilating an opponent. Some have identified this style as cruel, but Jack sees it as completely necessary.

Personality: Jack is a "humbly" self-proclaimed pervert with no equal and a frequent voyeur. He never makes a serious attempt to hide his perversion, as displayed when the first thing he comments on when he meets a woman is how big her breasts are (these comments typically come from his indifference to normal human speech and behavior *as opposed to obnoxiousness or immaturity). Typically, woman with small boobs that challenge him receive no mercy, while the opposite may be given a fighting chance. Despite his pervy actions at most times, Jack really does treat women with the utmost respect and sometimes even refers to them as "the goddesses that shape society."

Aside from his perverted side, Jack is actually a cool and collected individual. Jack acts in an aristocratic manner, despite his humble upbringing. He always seems serene and apathetic towards other people (especially men), even while actually deeply conflicted. His masculinity is often intimidating when first meeting him, although it is easily overlooked by his kind heart. Jack strongly believes in law and order, never finding the ability to hold back against a law breaker or someone who feels the rules don't apply to them. "I erase the evil so that the innocent may stray stupidly again. And when they get bored and slip out of line, I will eradicate them as well."

Jack is popular among the females of Kanto, even appearing shirtless in a sexy photo shoot for the Women of Kanto magazine. If it wasn't made obvious before, Jack loves receiving the attention of women. He likes Japanese cherry blossoms, night-time walks, spicy food, and bananas, but does not enjoy sour candy. Jack can be found watching porn or reading manga in his free time, or snooping around for bad guys in the streets. Jack believes his greatest traits are his large manhood and how he excels in communicating with pokemon.

History: From the very moment Jack first came to the Police Academy, everyone knew that he would become something brilliant. Both he and his partner, a young Buneary he had raised since he was a boy, were soon counted among the best and brightest the academy had to offer. They took on and defeated each and every one of their assignments with a passion rarely matched, and received words of praise from all of their instructors. That is, when they weren't busy causing trouble for the women officers - both Jack and Droi never quite outgrew their pervy tendencies. If an opportunity for a peek at the women's showers arose, Jack would gladly oblige and bring Droi along to giggle. The women pretended to hate him but secretly grew fond of his toothy grin and light chuckle after he told yet another lame joke with the puff of a cigarette.

When it came to completing missions, no one could quite match the accuracy Jack and Droi brought to the table. There was no challenge the pair couldn't accomplish. They would always arrive to the scene first, and came to be known as a dependable force who would help anyone who needed a Policemen's aid. They would take on any mission with quiet courage and intellect, overcoming challenges in situations others would have surely failed. And after many years they were recognized as being worthy of being added to "The Heroes of Kanto" monument and received plenty awards for their duties. They became legends among the citizens in Kanto. And soon after Jack and Droi became known as the "Unstoppable and Oh-so Lovable Crime-Stopping Duo" in the headline that made them famous around Kanto. They were ruthless in battle and friendly outside, making them an interesting and sought-after group.

Of course, that was all a very long time ago.

One day Jack returned from a mission, classified due to its delicate nature, and he had none of his usual bravado. Instead all he had to show was a broken pokeball capsule. He was subdued, all his usual vigor seemingly drained from him, and for the first time when people saw him they saw how old he had become. He didn't speak until he had to deliver his report in secret to the higher-ups at the station. Not even Officer Jenny could get a word from him. No one else knows the details of what happened, except for the once playful buneary, who had evolved into a Lopunny now and walked with a reprise of sadness that is often mistaken for arrogance or elegance. But after the meeting the word was passed down that Jack had been demoted to a simple Police Academy teacher, and he would spend the next several years traveling to other stations and assisting younger Policemen with their missions. Plenty were outraged, it was previously unheard of for such a thing to happen, especially to someone so mighty and renowned. But Jack was completely silent on the matter, and even now refuses to speak of it.

Eventually some of the old charm began to return, but even after years since the incident, Jack never seems to have regained his same imperialistic manner. But to a very careful eye, the brightness and fire of his man was still in his eyes. And to a careful ear, the voice still boomed and commanded respect of those who were among him. And if one had the gift of judging what thoughts lay beyond the surface, they would know Jack was still thinking about the naughtiest things he would do to the women around him.

The people in Kanto now refer to him as "Racoon" because of the black mask that seems to have settles around his eyes, and the way the shlumps about the streets at night, till glancing down alley ways and watching carefully for those who may be doing bad. He has become a reclusive animal, that of which has fallen from its former glory and potential.

Jack has since took very few missions after finishing his duties with the students. Now, he has decided to travel to Hoenn in hopes of starting a much settle and easy life. Maybe completing the pokemon league will finally relax his being. And thus the story begins anew.
