Body In Revolt ~ Private [Daemon Chase]

"And you are not bullshitting me, right?"

Kira looked at her companion, a shadow cloaked guy, she didn't really know. They weren't even really companions, more like partners for 10 minutes, not that she even cared. Her eyes were full of a menacing coldness, only seen when she really weren't in the mood of jokes or any kind of sillyness. This was all business.

The guy nodded and handed over something that looked like silver coins, just twice as big and three times heavier. Kira grabbed them in a hurry, sniffing up their odor for a second, before putting them into her gothic-looking jackets pocket.
Even though his face was darkened and therefor unsee-able, Kira still thought that she could see something that reminded her of a shady kind of smile ascending from him. Then he turned around quickly, making his vampiric mantle crack an invisible scar in the air.

Kira felt on the outside of her pocket for a pair of seconds, until she thought it was safe to leave too, so it didn't seem too suspicious. If two black clothed people like they left a hidden alley at the same time, people would without exception suspect that something illegal were going on; and they would have been right.
Kira had ordered a small load of bombs, compact yet strong, that could blow up medium-strong safe deposit box's. She needed them if she wanted to rob people quickly, even if it meant risking to get caught because of the high sound the explosion would make. But she hadn't been caught yet, and had used those explosives for almost a year, so she must have been doing something right.
Or maybe she had just been lucky.

But no matter what, Kira had come out of the alley, and now looked around. It was a popular street in Saffron City, every side covered by all kinds of shops. Clothes, banks, pokémon facilities, malls and what ever a shop-a-holic could possibly desire. But for Kira, it was not heaven; it was a public hell of attention craving bitches.
She were one herself, but had never gotten it from anyone before she started to commit several crimes; now intensely hating every lucky guy and girl, that lived a safe, boring life, loved and not knowing how special a gift they had in their palms.
Those kind of thoughts began to anger Kira once again, and she ended up walking down the street with her fists clenched, snapping if anything unfortunate were to happen.

Jacob was walking along the shop street in saffron city. He was together with his two fighting pokemon, however he called them his brothers since they were incredibly close and had been together for the longest of time and that is how they saw each other. They didn't see each other like other trainers did, just like trainer and pokemon no, they saw each other as family. He was glad with them, they had helped each other to get throught a whole lot of trouble and this wouldn't be an exception. He just walked as he and his pokemon searched for some ball capsule stickers. He wasn't sure how they were called, he had used them in other contests before and people had allways laughed at him as they showed then what he needed but never had anyone told him the name of what he had to do. 

After a huge time of searching he found the place he had needed to be. It was a small market stall but they had everything which he needed. He had enough money from all the trainer battles he had done along the way so he decided to go nuts for a bit. He got some stickers that would let fireworks come out togehter with the pokemon, dark smoke and a whole lot more. He bought everything that he thought , that would work good together with his two fighting type pokemon. They needed a grand or mysterious entrance, cause that fitted the type pretty good. 
After a long while he was done and had his hand full of all sorts of stickers he was able to use for his matches as he tried to put them into his bag and bumped against a girl that was also walking along the street.

She had a bit of a vampiric look on her and her hair was a bit pinkish. Some of his labels had fallen on the ground and he was quickly trying to pick them up. They had costed him a lot of money and didn't want to have wasted his hard earned money on letting them just fall onto the ground like that. All this huge crowd made him forgot about the terrible life he had left behind him not so long ago as he thought he had them all and stood up. ''Sorry I didn't mean to bump into you it was an accident'' He said smiling nervously as he rubbed the backside of his head not meaning to come over as rude or inappropriate.

Kira hadn't seen the boy in the middle of her walking path, and therefor ended up bumping into him. She let out a 'Hf!', rubbing her shoulder, while standing a little awkwardly; the impact had made her take a few steps back in pain and surprise.

"What the fu..?!"

Kira kept rubbing her shoulder, as she found the boy sitting on his knees trying to get all the labels, but before she could kick him, he stood up with a smile, that annoyed the crap out of Kira. Or, pretty much anything annoyed her at that moment; but he was the cherry on top of the cake.

"Moron! Look where the hell you are going!"

Kira swung her arm and with high-speed landed a slap on Jacob's cheek, that could be heard from a long distance. She seemed as if she dusted her hands off by clashing them together in an upward motion, while looking at him with an almost ominous glare.

"Kids these days.. No friggin' manner."

She almost sounded elderly using that phrase, even though she probably was more of a child mentally, than Jacob.

Jacob had smiled.  Usually when he smiled he has his eyes closed since he gets emmbarrased if he sees the person who he is smiling at. It just makes him feel more secure if he had his eyes closed. However he had heard the girl her exclamation and had noticed that he had hurt her accidently. This had not been what he had tried to do.However due to that his eyes were closed he could not see the slap coming his way. The first signal what he heard that somthing was coming was when he heard a swooshing sound and then a fierce slap on his cheek. It hurted like hell. As he rubbed his cheek his two pokeballs opened and his hitmonchan and hitmonlee came out looking ferious as a dark and evil expression spread around his face.

''You shouldn't have done that'' He said sissing, as he came closer with his two brothers. He didn't knew what made him act like this. He had never acted evil or man however it was like something was doing this to him. He kept rubbing the place where the slap had hit. ''You think I don't have any manners huh'' He said as he kept rubbing and hissed it like a snake just like when he had said it before as hitmonchan put his boxing gloves together and hitmonlee made a kick. The two seemed really angry. ''How rude of me let's show you some manners'' He said as he began to crack his nuckles while looking at her and launching a punch at her but stopped just before her face as he smirked. This he would do first to make see if she would take him on. 
''Wanne battle?'' He said smirking evily as he put a hand in front of his two fighting pokemon to stop them.

At first he had actually seemed pretty innocent, but when his more dominant side came to show, she almost felt like looking at a team member of a gang. No shit, one could really not tell a book by its cover.
And then the sudden almost-punch went right in front of her face, and she was actually surprised that he had stopped it. Obviously not as evil, as he wanted to seem like.
So she did the first thing that came in mind, after he had spoken.
Kira began to laugh loudly, with her feminine yet harsh voice, so hard that it almost made her cry.

After a little time, and she had finished her outburst of laughter, then she began to talk, hiccuping a little.

"Y.. Hahaha.. You try to seem all intimidating, but can't even land the punch? Hahahaha.. What are you, a wuss?"

She sniffed a bit, and then after some scrambling into her dark, spike-covered bag, she finally found a tiny pokéball.
She normalized the size and then threw it directly up into the air; which would have made the pokémon land on them both, if it hadn't been a flying bug, that had appeared.

"But okay then, wuss. I accept your challenge. But to make it fair, you can only choose one. Since I only have Blain here."

She took a few steps back, to mesure the size of a proper battle-arena, and then stood confidently with her hands against her hips, while Blain flew with a rapid speed in front of her.

Jacob disliked the laughing he got just cause he didn't hit little vampire girl. She looked like she was able to be in an horror story. Her breast were almost see able throught the weird looking bra and the rest of her clothing looked like a beard has been picked and turned into a collar with some leather tapped on in and he smirked. The dark look was still on his face as he licked his lips when he saw her pokemon as he began to huff. ''You know a bug pokemon really doesn't fit you're style, I would recommened a dusknoir'' He said to her as he licked his lips again like a snake. He could allready taste her defeat. 

He could hear her say he could only on pokemon and looked to the left not moving his head only his eyes. He could see his hitmonchan. Then his eyes turned to the right seeing his hitmonlee. He knew the ability the Yanma could have. It would be trouble if it would actually have it so he decided to take the sure before the unsure as he closed his right eye and hitmonchan smirked as he jumped forward and smirked at the girl. '"Well since you enjoyed what I did earlier I won't show any mercy then'' He hissed in anger as he looked at the girl. At this point he seemed like a crazy person who indeed could belong to a gang like her. ''Hitmonchan use agility'' He hissed as his pokemon began to jump and throw punches in mid air like a boxer would do to stretch this would greatly enhance his pokemon's speed. ''Now use Mach punch'' He ordered in a hissing sound as in a flash his fighting pokemon was in front of the yenma and its fist began to glow a blinding light as it shot forward to hit the flying bug pokemon.

Kira didn't even get to say anything, before she saw her Yanma smacked to the ground by a, what sounded painful at least, punch to the face. She had to admit he had the upper hand right now, but oh well, it was only just starting.
Soon, thanks to the low-damage from being a bug/flying type, Yanma was soon in the air once again, now angry and ready to revenge itself.

"Use Double Team followed by Silver Wind!"

Yes, Silver wind wouldn't do much to Hitmonchan either, but it would be a great strategy, if its effect was to step in.

Yanma copied itself, leaving up to 7 identical, fake Yanmas. Then all of them suddenly spun around themselves, releasing a huge cloud of scales, that followed the wind and tried to hit the Hitmonchan.

The boy watched slittering his tongue over his lips as he saw that his attack hit. He knew it wasn't an attack that would do much. The attack was fighting type and his opponents pokemon was a flying and bug type. He was at a type disadvantage but he had a feeling with his quick thinking that he would be able to take her down. He began to observe the small flying pokemon, trying to find out how it moved dodged and how the orders of its trainer were followed up. Once he had found these out it would not take him long to find out what it weaknesses were. His speed was obviously its strong point. A lot of thought was going throught his head as he watched the pokemon multiply itself but for this he also had his move ready as he watched the pokemon release a barrage of poudry scales that were blown to the pokemon with a strong wind. 

The attack hit his pokemon. It was more then obvious since this was an allround type but the pokemon just stood there taking it not even trying to make a run, jump or dodge for it as he and his trainer knew this wouldn't matter anyway. Just like that his attacks were not effective against the Yenma, was this attack from the yenma not effective back. ''Lets take those copies out use bullet punch'' He told his pokemon as it jumped up to the yenma and began and try to hit them with speed that matched a bullet as a lot of copies dissapeared one by one. 'Come on where are you' He thought to himself as he watched his pokemon lightning fast punches slowly going down the rod of every yenma as he wondered which one would be the real one. His mind was going at top speed thinking what move she would probably go for next but he only had to watch out for wing attack and it was pretty obvious the pokemon wasn't at such a high level yet.

Blain didn't feel any kind of increasment at all, as it flew around with its clones, avoiding the many hits of Hitmonchans. The effect of Silver Wind had not applied this time, unfortunately.
But it never did seem to make a hit, even though there were only 3 clones left. But Blain did feel a sudden boost in speed, being faster than before.
Kira knew she should use this to her advantage and then yelled out her next command. The battle was actually starting to be kind of enjoyable, she thought. And exciting no less.

"Foresight then Steel Wing!"

Blain quickly got high up in the air, until it felt it was safe, and then studied Hitmonchans movements, before suddenly racing down with its four wings covered in a metallic sort of shine, trying to strike down its opponent. And the chance of missing was low, as the Foresight had made it a lot easier for Blain to guess how Hitmonchan probably were going to move.

Hmm so the moveset from the pokemon which he knew until know were, silver wind, double team, steel wing and foresight. He knew that due to the foresight it would be very hard to dodge the move so he wouldn't He had something else in store for that 2 pounds of terror. ''Get ready brother'' It told his hitmonchan as it got it a boxing stance ready to defend but he knew all to well what Jacob wanted him to do. ''Wait a moment'' He said as the pokemon came closer. ''A bit longer'' He told his pokemon as the yanma was almost in front of him. When the pokemon was close enough he yelled: ''Now, Close combat.'' His pokemon began to punch the air in front of him as the yenma was coming. It was close and he hoped that its speed would still not be good enough to dodge this. Otherwise he would be in a problem

See the problem with the move close combat was that the pokemon itself left itself completely defenseless. It would also cut in the defense of the pokemon so if the opponent would be able o dodge the attack, the hit would be clean and it would deal a lot of damage to his own pokemon as he watched what would happen to the yenma.

It was intense.

Blain had flewn directly against Hitmonchan, and it had suddenly attacked with no regards for its own safety; a risky tactic, often used by trainers that was desperate and in a tight spot.
Just before contact, Blain had turned a little to the side, so only its two wings would hit the Hitmonchan, as that was the only part covered by the light-shimmering steel.

The attack hit Hitmonchan, as Blain didn't change his course of direction by that much, and was on the other side also hit by a sudden struck to the tip of the tail which made Yanma once again crash to the ground.

Kira was scared that this was the final hit, but as the Close Combt still was a fighting type attack, it had been just not enough; even though Blain was getting pretty tired from the battle and its wounds. He got up again, feeling the speed boost itself one more time, and he just waited to be commanded by his trainer.
And so she fulfilled his wish, by quickly yelling out the next order.

"Quick Attack, Blain! And then retreat while sending off another dose of Silver Wind!"

Blain didn't wait a second to strike, not only did his ability help him keep up the speed, but Quick Attack just made it worse.
No matter if he got a hit or not, Blain would quickly fly a little away and spin around as before, sending the scales along with the wind; with the possibility of raising every kind of strenght and weakness it had by a little.
And it could be crucial to the outcome of the battle.

Hmm, he was a bit disspointed. He had hoped that the speed from the yanma hadn't been increased enough for it to be able to dodge the attack  he had launched. It wasn't allready very effective due to the type of the attack and now it hadn't even hit full on. The attack got hit of the two wings on the left side and the tail thought but that wouldn't do much damage. Both of them weren't at an advantage to the battle but he noticed that the yanma was slowly becoming more tired while his hitmonchan was still up and running. This meant an level diffrence. He guessed the level diffrence to be around four our five. This was good for him since he knew that it would help him win. The type disadvantage was the same for both and what he lacked with speed he made up with a bit of defense and power so if he would hold on he would be able to win this.

He watched as with the added speed the yanma striked his pokemon with a quick attack. The move from itself wasn't strong but it made the pokemon just quick. However it was still stronger then the silver wind which also hit his pokemon. His pokemon had begun to become tired at this point but since he had a plan he knew he would be able to take it down. ''First, agility then revenge'' He said as his pokemon his speed was increased and shot forward releasing out an high attack. Since the opponent was the one who had attacked the last the damage was doubled, even thought it would be much he still managed to strike the pokemon into the air. He had to make it quick. ''Now for the final move use bullet punch'' He ordered as his hitmonchan made a jump and tried to hit the pokemon of the opponent with a steel type move. HIs fist were shooting forward like a barrage of bullets and the fists had a silvery glow.

This was not good. Hitmonchan had just made itself almost at the same speed as her Yanma, and now it was ready to revenge, by dealing damage multiplied by two. Fuck.
She didn't really get to help Blain, before the Hitmonchan was in the air, smacking Blain to the ground with an unbelievable force.

Blain didn't even get to raise itself from the floor by that much, before Hitmonchan had jumped and now launched a punch of steel, not only super effective, but also with a sound that made it seem like Hitmonchan had broke Blains body in two.

"BLAIN!"

Kira run across the arena to pick up Blain who laid on the dusty ground, fainted. She picked him up carefully into her arms, before retreating him to his pokéball.
Her face was covered in anger, humiliated by the defeat, but also had to admit that the battle had been interesting; no one could have predicted the outcome, since there had been a few turnarounds.

"You win, wuss. Now get the fuck away from my sight before I kill you.. My poor Blain.."

She whispered the last words, not knowing what she should do. Of course going to the pokémon center was an obvious choice, but she had business to deal with, and it was one of importance.
But did she really not owe her only friend to be cared for immediately?
Kira stood silently, wondering and twitching her thoughts, confused about what she should do.

Jacob smirked as he looked like the devil when he witnessed that the yanma had been shot to the ground by his pokemon's revenge attack. It was a good strategy cause he had been hit first, this way the pokemon would take as much damage as a normal attack would have done as he watched his pokemon furthermore begin to punch it with its bullent punch when the pokemon was on the ground. He knew someway that this would be the final punch that would make the pokemon faint. He was right and he was very glad about that thought. He had finally won however he wasn't really happy about that he heard the pokemons back break or at least it sounded like it.  He noticed that when the hitmonchan jumped away the pokemon was indeed fainted. 

He heard what the girl said as he noticed his hitmonchan was still angry just like his hitmonlee as they came closer to her both with an angry expression on their face as Hitmonchan began to punch his boxing gloves against each other and hitmonlee was making kicking like movements. They were almost in front of her face when Jacob told them to back of as he walked forward and his pokemon just leaned against the wall like two old movie time bad guys as Jacob stood in front of her. ''Open the pokeball and let yanma out'' He said hissing as he began to rumble in his back and got a thing that looked like a spray thing for plants where you could put water in. It was a super potion that could be used to heal her yanma a bit. 

He had noticed that by the look on her face she had been in a sort of trouble, or something where she needed to be and that she couldn't bring her yanma to the pokemon center so he thought the kind thing to do was to at least heal his pokemon up a bit.  However if she would call him a wuss again he wouldn't stop his pokemon from going after her. Why would he do the work himself if his pokemon could do it for him, or were so eager to do it as they were. He was lucky they listened to him cause hitmonlee and hitmonchan were both still furious. He could see it at their faces when they would look at the girl. He didn't even know her name, he looked at her still with that creepy expression from before as he watched the girl wondering when she would finally let the pokemon out so he would be able to heal it.

"First you bump into me, then you threaten me using your pokémon AND THEN you possibly break my pokémon's spine in two?.. Just so you can act all nice afterwards..?"

She said with a sharp tone in her feminine voice. Then Kira looked down on the floor, wondering. She didn't really have a choice, since it would take too long for the pokémon center to help. So she just ended up gulping a little slime before releasing Blain into the world again; obviously he fell right down to the ground, too weak to even move the slightest. He was in pain, even a newbie trainer like Kira could see that.

"Hurry up please.. I have important matters to attend to."

Kira crossed her arms, still holding the pokéball, so she could quickly return Blain when the healing was over with. Hopefully Blain wasn't too broken to be helped by a Super Potion. But she really did find it odd that the guy, looking 'oh so terrifying', tried to be friendly. Even after she had slapped her and called him a wuss several times. It just didn't make sense in her head.

".. Name's Cupid.."

Kira mumbled the last words, but clearly enough so that the boy would be able to understand them. She didn't feel very comfortable, accepting help from that wuss, but she didn't know what else to do..
She was just not used to this kind of treatment.

"First of stop bitching I am trying to help'' he snapped at her as he began to treat the poor yanma. He had trained in a pokemon center at his hometown and softly pressed a few places on the pokemons spine watching the face of the pokemon looking at the part where it hurt. However he didn't really have to look much for it. The place where the pokemon would obviously would grimace was at a soft lump. He got the bottle and sprayed some on the lump on the pokemon his spine. It would feel a bit painfully tingly. He then got one of the bandages that were in his bag. They were still pearly white pointing out the fact that they were brand new as he wrapped it around its tail.

"'That should do it'' He said smiling as he petted the pokemon a few times before going up and looking at the girl in a serious face as he returned his two pokemon. ''Don't think I am a wuss again'' He said hissing to her as he put his stuff back. He would have time to still go to the concert hall before it would start and prepare his two pokemon. He couldn't wait as he watched the girl. He wanted to punch her but he would be the better person and don't do it. He watched her as he had everything put in and stood in front of her staying silent.

She sighed, he really were a brat, but at least he was still kind enough to actually treat her pokémon. But on the other hand, he was the reason Blain was hurt in the first place.
She really didn't know what to think, that was until he told her to stop bitching. A huge frown came across her face, while she had automatically stiffened her body out of anger.

"Then stop being a fucking baby, kiddo."

She pointed at him, after returning her pokémon.

"At least I apologized, so be a little nicer, eh? Pf. Manners you never had, I guess.. Oh well, screw it."

She turned around on her heels, really holding herself back from punching him again. But he'd would probably just hide behind his pokémon, letting them do the dirty work.
She lightly turned her neck to look back at him, with a light arrogance shining in her eyes.

"You can't stop me from thinking what I want, kiddo. Not even by trying to threaten me."

She waved at him, looking forward again while walking in a slow yet determined pace.

"But again.. Thanks for the entertainment and help, kiddo. You have talent, that I agree. Just barely though."

Jacob his face became stern as he was listening to this call. There was something wrong with her, maybe it was that he had almost slaughtered her small yanma or that she wasn't able to just accept defeat when it came to you but for any reason he knew there was something up. He smirked at the first thing she told him. 

''Hah I am the baby? You are the one to talk, telling me I have no manners and cursing while you do it yourself'' 


He said to the girl and watched and listened as she walked away at a kind of determined pace. He thought that there might be something which has happened in her past. He wasn't sure what it was but he got the feeling she was just putting on a tough mask or something in that way. He knew how she would feel, maybe he hadn't gone throught the same as she had done but at least he knew that people like her could still be helped. However he smirked as he heard that she admitted he had some talent even if it was barely. 

''Thanks you're battling style wasn't bad either'' 


He said smiling as it seemed his personality had changed completely. He had made a discision. He had some time so why not spy on the girl. It wouldn't be the first time he would as he waited till she was around the corner and casually walked to the same way as they went to the shopping street. He pretended to be correcting hitmonchan on the fight and giving him tips what they could work on not showing that they were following the girl.

After ten minutes of walking, she finally got out of the strongly populated area, and into the outskirts of the city, showing a lot of open roads, swirling around the different, old houses that possibly were over 50 years old or so the style implied.
Since it was the middle of the day, most of the houses were empty, their owners either at work or school, so Kira had a few hours to raid them for any valuables they contained.

It only took a few minutes to find the first house, open up the lock using a doctor-like needle and hairpin, and walk inside to see the plain decoration. A single portrait on the wall implied it was a young mother and her little, probably 4 year old boy, that lived here. Good. Mothers had a tendency to be a little too spending when it came to money and valuable stuff.

Kira straightly walked over to a drawer, opened it using the needle and hairpin again, before drawing it out so she could suspect the insides. She made a disgusted expression, glaring at the useless stuff; pictures, letters and half-eaten boxes of chocolate.
The young mother probably had a flirt with some overly romantic guys, from the look of the heartstamps on the several, white letters.

"Disgusting."

She slammed the drawer back in, now scurrying over the kitchen, trying to find some kind of sellable silver merchandise. Be it spoons, forks or whatever.

Jacob sighed. He had wanted to follow the girl but she had suddenly dissapeared from his sight. He cursed to himself as he walked along the streets. His contest wouldn't be in a long time and he guessed it would be best if he got to settle somewhere for now. He would have to look for a pokemon center which he thought wouldn't be too hard. There were a few signs around here that showed where the pokemon center was as he followed the signs and soon could see the red roof from a distance. His two trusty hitmonchan and hitmonlee were following him of course as hitmonlee and hitmonchan were having a conversation about something he didn't know. How should he be able to know he couldn't understand the pokemon language so he guessed he would just let the two talk ahead and went inside the pokemoncenter with them.

He went inside as his pokemon waited for a bit outside as he went to nursje joy asking her for a room with a two person bed and if possible a mini fridge. He didn't know that all of the ones had those things and that only the beds were diffrent as he got the key to room 224. This meant that it was a room on the second floor, in the second hallway and then the fourth room there. He told his pokemon they could come in as they had stopped talking with each other and then came in as they took the elevator and went to their room. He filled the mini fridge and returned his two pokemon to their pokeballs as he layed down on the bed for a moment taking a breather and taking a shower. After that he stood back up getting hungry and wanted to visit his favorite restaurant in the town.

He went back down with the elevator not caring about taking the stairs and went to ''La amariat'' Which didn't mean anything but it sounded so super nice as he went in. The people there knew him allready of course as they gave him his favorite table which was free at the moment since no one seemed to get in there and then got his dish. He ate it quickly and payed at the front before going outside again and just walking around mindlessly. He didn't know where to go actually. His pokemon had allready trained for the contest and he shouldn't do too much otherwise it would come over as too staged as he walked around waiting for something to happen.
