| NameArcher Stones Nickname-"Faker"Age18 GenderMale RankBreeder BirthplaceSinnoh Region; Canalave City Battle StyleArcher is not really all that into battling in the first place. He also isn't very good at it. He has a wide range of knowledge about different abilities pokemon can use and their effects. He likes to 'outlast' his opponent, training his pokemons' endurance and speed foremost. Archer likes to deceive his opponents into making easily predictable attacks which can easily be dodged and then counterattack. LooksArcher is pretty tall compared to most of his age, standing 185 centimeters (6'') tall. Even though with his lean body build he is surprisingly fit, with an athletic build, weighing 78 kg (172 lb). Like many males his age, his hair is simply best described as messy, in Archer's case grey in colour, slightly wavy, and above medium length, sweeping down past his eyes. Said eyes are a dull cherry red, though his eyes are often the first place for his 'emotions' to be made manifest. He has pale skin with an even complexion, and though he normally has minor cuts and other marks, none of them ever seem to stick long. He is blessed with pretty much hairless body. He keeps himself clean hair other that grows on top of his head. Archer typically wears what could be called stereotypical rebellious teenager clothing. Top wise he prefers tank-top or t-shirt, typically matching it with his favorite camo-jacket but it doesn't particularly matter; if he had to pick he would probably wear a black or his favorite skull picture tank-top. Bottom wise, jeans are preferable, though normal pants work fine as well, so long as they're black, or at least dark (shorts being acceptable for extremely hot weather). Whatever belt he can find, though the one he currently owns and hasn't lost yet is black. Weather permitting he has a black, long sleeve jacket and a pair of black leather gloves. Archer prefers tight clothes, but what are still easy to move in. For footwear he goes with stylish casual traveling shoes. He has both of his ears pierced but only wears earrings in right ear. He travels around with one-strap training bag where he keeps his essential stuff for traveling. Archer sounds like Joseph Gordon Levitt https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WzX9jHB3LfA - Archer's casual attire:
Personality:Archer might seem like a hard to figure out guy, but actually he is pretty straightforward with his thinking and ideals. He likes simple and salty foods. He is really fond of sea food. His favorite colors are grey, black, and purple. Archer is also a tennis nut. Even though his body doesn't allow him to play it he could talk about it for hours. Nowadays he is also really into chemistry, biology, and pokémon alike. He has a phobia for big and aggressive pokémon because of the incident in his past, but he is slowly overcoming it thanks to spending so much time with them. Although he has quite fit body thanks to the therapy and working out his walking stamina is quite laughable, not to mention running. Archer tries to keep the story about his leg hidden though. He isn't the type of person who likes people knowing too much about his weaknesses. He has an incredibly fine eyesight though, good perspective, incredible sense of movement and reflexes. All those traits trained during his childhood tennis career. He has knack for chemists and biology as well. Archer read a lot of books during the time he was in wheelchair and has a humongous baggage of different information and stories. That also thanks to his dad always telling him stuff he had heard on the sea. Archer's favorite person would probably be Shauntal who motivates him a lot. She is her favorite writer as well. Even though his little rebellious appearance he acts really friendly towards people and pokémon. He likes little children and cute pokémon. Because of his unconventional past he can empathize really well with people who have their own problems. Archer always offers his help when seeing people in need of help. He also likes teaching and spending time with pokémon quite much. Young breeder still respects privacy though and would never say no to few hours of silence in the nature when he can simply read books or draw. Because of his leg he has to take a lot of pauses during traveling. That time he fills by playing with Croagunk or reading an enjoyable book. He doesn't start drawing unless he knows he has at least 2 hours of free time. History: - Childhood:
Archer was born at a port city Canalave City. He is a son of a sailor and a pharmacist. His father was often away from home because of his work, leaving young Archer send a lot of time at his mother's drugstore. He oftentimes got bored there and started reading different drug labels and asking questions from his mother about the drugs and chemistry in general. Archer actually found it really interesting. He was always overjoyed when his father came back from a trip, because he would always bring souvenirs and tell him interesting, even mystical stories. Because he was oftentimes hanging out at the drugstore he met and talked with a lot of city folk. Archer was really well liked as a kid.
- Tennis:
When he was around 10 he started taking tennis quite seriously. He quite liked it and also seemed to have talent for it. With his incredibly good eyesight, good control and above average stamina he dominated opponents his age. Because he was really nice and always played with a smile on his face he made a lot of friends at the local small tennis club. Tennis competitions oftentimes brought Archer even to different cities, where he also met several interesting rivals. Becoming a professional tennis player became his dream. He played tennis every day, won a ton of medals from different competitions, most of them being 1st place, and met a lot of influential people. Because of his clever and tricky play style he even gained a nickname, Faker.
3 months before his 15th birthday a tragic accident happened. When cycling in the hilly forest a wild rampaging Rhyhorn suddenly attacked him. It jumped out of the brush, ramming right into Archer. It made him fall off the bike and roll tens of meters down the hill. Luckily the Rhyhorn didn't follow him down there, but it left the young tennis player with his left leg crushed by the pokémon's horn, broken arm, several fractures, and other injuries. He was quickly found and transported to the hospital. It took him several months to recover but even so, the damage was too great, bringing permanent negative effects and in a single event by a rampaging pokémon his dream was shattered to pieces. . .
- Recovery:
He recovered from most of the injuries but the damage to his left leg was too great. Doctors said that he had to spend his life in wheelchair, or if he worked hard on therapy he could start walking with crutches. Archer fell into a deep depression. Everything he had worked for so many years was destroyed. He could never play tennis anymore, developed a phobia for big pokémon, lost his friends because he always yelled at them and sent them away when they came to visit. He didn't want them to see him in such state. He started fighting with his parents who only tried to help and cheer him up.
Luckily before things turned really bad he found himself a new hobby. Reading and drawing. He spent most of his days in the city library reading every different sort of book he could find. In his free time he started enjoying drawing the nature. In some time he could draw very realistic pictures. He didn't share them with anyone, in fact, he simply didn't have anyone to share his thoughts or things with. Days passed quickly. Archer started focusing on his childhood interest again, chemistry and biology. Although he had developed a phobia for pokémon he actually really liked learning different things about them. By accident he stumbled on a writer, Shauntal, who later became a big influence to his life.
He quickly got hooked on her books. Words couldn't describe how her books left Archer feeling. He later found out that she was one of the Elite 4. The books sparked something inside the boy and he started regaining his energy. Archer went to therapy and in no time was walking with crutches, no problem. He wasn't going to stop there though. He wanted to walk like a normal person again. No one knew where he found his motivation, not even himself, but he wanted to 'be' again. He wanted to do something he loves with his life. Archer had accepted the fact that he could never become a professional tennis player again but he thanks to Shauntal he wanted to start working with pokémon.
Archer made up with his parents and his old tennis friends. He slowly started becoming the happy boy he once was. Although he couldn't participate in matches again he still went to competitions to cheer on his friends. After all he still liked tennis. As his mental health improved his body started recovering as well. He really surprised the doctors when he slowly started walking. Although he was limping it was still very impressive that he managed to walk with no support after the injuries he had suffered. It was necessary for Archer though because he already had a new goal in sight. He wanted to become a pokémon breeder and travel the world.
- The Start:
At his 18th birthday he announced his wish to his parents. Archer had expected them to turn him down and not let him start traveling on his own because of his injuries, but for his surprise they actually supported him. They were overjoyed that the boy had decided what he wanted to do. Some days later he packed his bags and set foot out of his hometown. His injury was still slowing him down and he had to take a lot of rest pauses but Archer didn't let that bother him.
After some days of traveling he found a trainer bullying a Croagunk. Archer rushed to help the pokémon but in the end he also got beat up by the trainer. Because of the incident he did end up meeting his first pokémon. After the trainer beat Archer up he released the Croagunk and forced the boy to become it's new trainer, saying that two weaklings should be together. He was actually overjoyed about that and happily took the pokémon in, treating it really nicely. Their friendship started a little slow but after a few days they built a strong bond. Badges: Items: 5 Poke Balls. 5 Potions. 2 Super Potions. 2 Antidote. 2 Paralyze Heal. 2 Awakening. 2 Burn Heal. 2 Ice Heal. 2 Full Heal Money: $0[/b][/b] Pokémon Pokémon:Croagunk Nickname:-"Punk" Gender:Male Level:12 Moves:Acupressure [Breeding]; Strength [HM]; Astonish, Mud-Slap, Poison Sting, Taunt Ability:Anticipation Personality:Punk is generally really quiet and inactive pokemon, not moving much. He is somewhat nervous about humans and bully like pokemon because he was picked on by his previous trainer's pokemon, and then later abandoned by him. He doesn't like battling much and does it only when he or his current trainer is in danger. Punk still likes training and learning about new things though. He is really curious pokemon when it comes to nature - plants, lakes, mud. Exp:0 |
