Nickname: Seer ~ Never used. Gained upon the discovery of Elijah's abilities to see the Aura's of people and Pokemon.
~Aura users are extremely rare in Orre. No one even really knows they exist or what Aura is.

Age: Elijah is Eighteen years old.

Birthplace: Elijah was born in... a rather odd location the isolated region of Orre. In the tiny village of Agate known to house a shrine to the Legendary Pokemon Celebi.

Battle Style: Elijah tries to think out every action before acting. He is a cautious battler.

Elijah is roughly six foot three weighing in at only one hundred and forty nine pounds! He is just a tiny bit under weight but has tremendous amounts of energy!

Around his neck is an old battered up Cascade badge from the Kanto Region given to him by his mother. She had retired to Agate Village with his father just before he was born!

Personality:

Elijah is rather care free. Though grows bored easily hence why he left the Orre region.

He is easily lost! And sometimes confuses where he is going ... he doesn't pay that much attention to his surroundings either. Explains how he ended up here instead of in Kanto where he planned huh?

He has a love for all Pokemon... Except Ghost types. They actual terrify him and its the easiest way to freeze the poor kid up. It all has to do with a bad experience involving a Haunter in his youth (See History).

Even though he is naive and childish at times Elijah when forced can be a rather serious person. This usually comes from him being angry or upset and hiding behind a veil of emotion.

Being an Aura user (Even if he doesn't understand exactly what that means. Heck he doesn't even know its name... YET!) Elijah is able to easily identify other people and Pokemon that he has seen before... After all every living being has its own unique aura.

Elijah secretly hates that he uses Aura because he saw it making him a weirdo in Agate village even though everyone gladly welcomed it and encouraged him to practice to learn his abilities.

He possesses difficulties connecting with other people. Though other Aura users seem to be able to catch his attention. He doesn't quite know why. Perhaps its because they share a similar trait and might be able to help him understand himself.

History:

Elijah was born in Agate village of the barren wasteland that is the Orre region. He was rather lucky to be in the primary village of life. On the day of his birth he was taken to the Shrine of Celebi hidden beneath the villages hills. He was dipped in the pools of water and given his name.

Some people of Agate village believe the fact he was born on a day of Celebration for Celebi was the reason he had his mysterious powers. Some others believed it was because he was dipped in the pools. A few believed that it was just any child born in Agate would possess this power. Yet the village was mostly made up of the elderly not many children were born there.

Years would pass and Elijah would grow to love the village and the Elders who governed it. Their knowledge of Pokemon and myths inspired him to one day want to become a Pokemon trainer.

Come his Sixtenth birthday Elijah began his limited training with the few Elders of the city who understood his strange abiltiies to see and sense the aura's of people and Pokemon. There was limited things they could teach him however. Seeing as none of them were Aura users and their information itself was limited. Their training was essentially having him identify people and Pokemon with his eyes closed. Purely from their auras.

One day he was at the Pokemon Daycare when a couple came to pick up their own Pokemon which were left in the two Elders care... And to their surprise a Pokemon egg. They left it with the Daycare owners saying they couldn't properly take care of the Egg and they didn't want to ship it to a lab to be watched over. To find a good home for it.

It must have been there for quite some time because when Elijah arrived it had begun hatching and he was there. His eyes filled with light as he saw the egg glow with a powerful light and from it emerged his future partner a Budew. The lady who ran the daycare gave the baby Pokemon to Elijah saying that it was time he learned responsibility. Knowing that he eventually wanted to be a Pokemon Trainer.

There was a bond between the two. After that day the Budew named Rosa by Elijah and him were never seen apart.

Another year would pass. They did not train like others. Instead he showered the Pokemon with praise and care. Being told by the Elders that a Budew evolves once it is happy... yet no matter what Elijah couldn't get her to evolve. And now he was Eighteen... an Adult and it was time for him to Leave Agate village.

Originally he decided to go to the Kanto Region to begin his journey in Viridian City and become a Trainer like her... Yet he didn't pay that good of attention and boarded the wrong boat.

And that is where this journey begins.

Personality: Through and through Rosa is a diva. She likes to believe that out of all of her species she is the most beautiful and gets greatly angered if someone states otherwise. Her goal... Is to be a beautiful Roserade. She herself might believe she would be perfect as a contest Pokemon. That her own natural beauty would appeal to almost everyone.

But her temper is what makes her perfect for battling.

Met Elijah: Rosa met Elijah the moment she hatched in the Agate Daycare center. Even though she was suppose to go with the parent Pokemon their own trainers didn't want to take send her to a storage lab and not be able to train her. So instead she was given to Elijah as his first Pokemon.

Personality: Beldum is naughty natured, and always the center of attention. It can be quite charming and charismatic due to a more courteous demeanor. It is shockingly sensitive and generous, with a very enthusiastic and independent take on life. It is always  bright and alert, consistent in all forms of self discipline. However,  Beldum is easily terrified by the unknown which can make many situations nerve wracking for the Pokémon.
